As an Army Veteran that served America. Mr President realizes all Americans should have the chance to service regardless of gender. We should all have the chance to live our dreams.

18 countries to include Canada, Israel and Great Britain allow Trans men and women in the military. We should do the same. Being a Trans person is not a mental disorder like many would think. I’m trans, I’ve always thought I was going to grow up and be a woman. I served 20 years in the military but never showed my feelings. I do like women only, I could never figure out why I felt the way I do, until I was tested and found that my testosterone was very very low and my estrogen was very very high. So the VA put me on testosterone therapy, but it all converted to estrogen. Now I know why and I am happy and transitioning to be a trans woman. I have always looked young and at 74 I look like I’m a young 50 year old. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has this disorder, but at least I’m very happy now…
