It is sad that the same old prejudice is still alive. It makes me feel as if we are in the position that African-Americans were in a century ago. I understand that it is Fox "news", but it hurts all the same. I guess that my question is how, being a small minority, can we educate the U.S. and the world.

We simply must educate people one person at a time. Not everyone we educate will understand but there is no quick fix to a world wide lack of understanding. This is further complicated by the fact that many of our community are either stealth or in the closet. Those of us that have come out just need to live a good life and give honest factual info to the world every chance we get.

I agree, I am sure they would not dengrate a person with a birth defect or because of race religion or sexual preference? I will join you in that protest and maybe we could start a thing with signatures and send it to the CEO or President of FOX NEWS and their sponsors.

Being born in the wrong body is no less a birth defect as cleft pallet, or club foot. I feel that I was born in the wrong body, I worked as a man for forty years as a matter of survival not acceptance!!!! If my finances allow it, or my life becomes increasingly difficult to deal with the duality of my current situation I will have corrective surgery and fix the birth defect!

I was outreaged after seeing the FOX News Video tearing apart a Transgender person. There have been many articles written Lately about LGBT economic clout in the billions of dollars. In this case an apology is nowhere near enough. This has happened before on the FOX News channe; against LGBT people as well. Enough is enough. I say we hit them and All their advertisers in the wallet and the ratings. When Bias is allowed in a News Organization THat organization is no longer credible. Today I intend to get a list of ALL FOX NEWS ADVERTISERS and write to them to inform them I will No LOnger use any of their products. If all LGBTS persons did that I believe it would make a difference. I wish I could get my cable company to drop FOX NEws from my Cable lineup but I doubt it. I will never watch FOX News Channel or their affiliate stations again.
