Ravi was a staple in the commune I lived it back in 68.

Two of my closest friends lived on a commune in Vermont back in the 60's.   I was turned on to Indian music by my former BIL.  My wife and I really enjoy Ravi's music.

@Shay: First I've ever heard that one ("Closer to Home"). Not my usual era, but I really enjoyed it. Feel like it also deserves a place in the "songs not about trans, but may as well be about trans" thread, too!  Thanks for broadening horizons!

@Heather Nicole glad you are open to old folks tunes. ??

I am always amazed at how much of the music from "back in the day" is still popular with young folks.

My first concert as a kid was Neil Diamond. Forever into "Forever in Blue Jeans". ;)

Besides, it won't be long until my era is "old folks tunes". It's already a little surreal to be hearing so much of it on the local "oldies" station.

Good band good song.... I always had fun calling them Hogfat in a year of do that. Absolutely loved their first album.  Savoy Brown lost a lot when they lost these guys but we musicians and fans gained a lot.
