Hello everyone, I have done research on the top 2 hair removal methods (laser/electro) over the last few months and have decided to go with laser. I thought i had the perfect skin/hair color for laser and this was confirmed promptly during my first consultation, and I scheduled the first treatment for the next day, which would be last thursday. I shaved this morning, 4 days later and its absolutely amazing how it feels so far!

It took about 2 days to stop being painful and i'm very pleased with the results!

Hi SyriannAlex,

Congratulations on Laser.

Electro is the Only Permanant Hair Removal Process.

Laser is quicker for large areas, but it is not Permanant.

Laser is good with dark hair which you apparently have.

I have had laser for years, and the pain never lasted more than 1 hour even when I first started.

Please bring this to the attention of your Laser Tech on your next visit and she can lower the power setting.

Also, after laser treatment, the tech should apply a soothing lotion on the treated area.

We all Support, Care for, and Love You and want to see you Happy, Healthy and Transition Safely.

Hugs,

Carla

I agree with Carla, hon. Please be sure and ask for or purchase some soothing lotion for after the treatments. I don't recall what it was called, but it was specific to the LHR Company. Any pain from the treatments also ended within an hour or so, and the redness shortly thereafter. I saw good results after 4-5 sessions, and I was done in 10. While I still shave daily, it takes half the time or less, involves just the white hairs, and I have no beard shadow 12-14 hours after shaving. I'm very satisfied.

HUGS
