Non-cheesy Xmas Movies?

I wanna watch some stuff to get me in the festive spirit, as it's december and I'm going to a Christmas market in Germany this weekend. But I hate the cheesy, "fun for the whole family" films. Any good festive yet alternative xmas films? My favourite film is the Nightmare Before Christmas, which will do fine for now, but I want more!

"Bad Santa" wasn't terribly well reviewed, but it sure isn't cheesy.

How about "A Christmas Story?" I love that movie. It is heartwarming and cynical at the same time, and most importantly, hysterically funny.

This might be considered cheesy, but "It's a Wonderful Life" is a great movie, and I never get tired of it.

Lastly, along the same lines as the first suggestion, how about "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation?"

As someone who has cheezy taste in Christmas movies I can't think of too many. Nightmare Before Christmas is a real favorite of mine but I also like National Lampoons Christmas Vacation and the old It's a Wonderful Life so I probably can't help too much.
