Hair and XX vs. XY

My brother and I are close in age but he "pulls" towards my father in terms of head, body, and chest hair and even the way he looks. Meanwhile, I'm almost hairless in comparison and have always been told by close family that I "remind" them of my mother.

I know I'm not imaginging things though. I don't really mind that I don't have to shave much or can just pluck. I have to pencil in my my eybrows to get a good look, and I only have to shave my legs about every 10 days or so and armpits a little more often. My brother and my father have simliar health problems and actually take similar medications and supplements and I think it's very interesting. I'm free from diabetes and hypertension and prostate problems, but it's something that they both need to manage.

Since I'm a GM, I should have the same Y as my dad and my brother, but I may have gotten a different X from my mom too. Not to be creepy, but the same close family that says that I remind them of my mother doesn't say the same to my sister! She has my dad's eyebrows and has more hair on her forearms than I do!

I love and treasure how good my health is right now (not perfect, but okay for my age). Still, my mother had really great hair and I wish I had more of that.

Sometimes I wish I had more eyebrows, and to be honest, I really don't mind having a semi-bare face and arms un-protected from the elements. I guess I should feel lucky(?) but don't know how to express it just yet.

I "justify" shaving my legs because I have 4 cats and 1 dog and I'm actually allergic to all of them and they all insist on sleeping with me at different points in the night. The worst thing is that I _am_ actually allergic and I can get so much eye-crust that I can't wear contacts to bed and can't use false eye-lashes either. Oh well, I still think that sometimes, truth is better than even the best fiction.

There is one "intimate" spot that I want hair removal done on to get rid of an itch, but for now I'm more curious about what XY vs. xY might mean to some of us!

I'm kinda silly but happy!

hi have very little body hair myself but i have alot of head hair as my father has none lol
