Godless on Netflix

Is anyone else watching this?  I just finished the first episode.  For those who haven't seen it, it's a Netflix original about an old mining town from which all the men died, leaving the women to fend for themselves.  I'm told it's very historically accurate.  It follows the town and a bunch of outlaws who interact with it (again what I'm told.)  Strong language and violence, for those who are bothered by that kind of content.

 

I'm finding it fascinating so far.  The story moves a bit slow, but is fascinating.  I don't like the whole western genre as a rule, but I'm hooked after just one episode.  If you've seen it - no spoilers - what do you think of it?

I watched it and thought it was pretty good. It does start off a little slow but it does pick up a little after the first couple of episodes. My dad loved westerns so I actually like the genre.
