Bra threads? I am confused

Hello I am very confused about bras. I did a test and measured up "95A" in my country (Pretty much EU), but many stores did not have them on stock, some had a few though, but a "Dragqueen" I chatted with once, said I should look for a bra with an "underwire" , or "steel bow". Well, after some googling I got what was referred to and looked again, even fewer results, Most I got something called "push up" (not the training method but a type of underwear). There were a few ones that could work but they were often either expensive or ugly. I was to order today as a first serious step on this transgender voyage, but this really put me on a halt. So I am disappointed. Anywhere to find a thread about bras that could help me or perhaps someone knows to help me directly?

I buy my bras from this site, and they have a good selection of most sizes.  I can't account for your tastes really, but I wear bras every day since I am on HRT and my breasts are what my family women can expect and I look for comfort first, then style.  The chart on the site says your 95 (a French Size)  is about a US 36 which is not an unusual size.  My suggestion though is to go up a cup size if you are having trouble with style, a little padding is fun and flattering, and if you decide on HRT, you will grow into it.

I am pretty sure about where to shop now, (I have to look inside the EU because of tariff after all) http://www.trofe.se/produkt/irene-bygel-bh But this push-up is still a question. And you say I could go with a B cup? I am not on a HRT (I havn't even seen a doctor yet but I am to go there the in October). But the cup size B would be too big, is this what padding is about? What kind of padding? I would need to know since 95B is much easier to just pick up for cheap at any well stocked grocery store here.

For a first bra, a push up could be a bad choice and be very uncomfortable unless you have a lot of fat on your upper chest.  I rarely if ever wear them.  I misread your top size of 95A as 95B , but cotton wool or even nose tissue, and what are called nursing shields will work well to give just a little more size and shape to your breasts, those items are also local grocery store items.  There are also silicone breast forms and enhancers that some people use.  I am a US. 44B cup bra.  I have a 44D bra that I put a breast form in if I am feeling silly or wearing a costume.  Err  on the side of a larger cup until you actually have breast tissue, especially if they are less expensive.

I am a post transition Trans woman and differ with the Cross Dressing people who imagine what huge breasts must feel like.  As you develop your own sense of fashion for you, a  push-up with what are called "underwires" which today are nylon rods that cup under the breast and raise it.  A or B bras are not for women with heavy breasts that need that support unless it is to hold up DDD breast forms.

So I should go for this 95A then? And not experiment with "B+tissue paper as padding then"? I am not looking for such "big breasts" or anything like that. I am not going for a costume I simply need to feel more female because that feels more natural for me.

Until you know how the brand itself runs, I would get the the B cup since it is more readily available. Your chest tissue is still male and does not need snug support  You are not really holding anything in place or trying to show it off.  I wear my B bra more for hiding my nipples which my HRT has made to stick out and I am fairly modest.  Bra fitting is not precise technology and each manufacturer has a little different size so one B may be another manufacturers AA or a C+.  The only really critical time for a bra to fit absolutely snuggly would be after surgery on the breast.

So if I have measured out, using the guides, found out I would have 95A, but, instead get a 95B, I would still be good then? But the "padding"(Toilet paper)? Will it even be needed?

You would be very good, and the padding issue is up to you after you start wearing it.. Not a matter of need, but your wishes and desires.   The B is the bigger size and  will be  comfortable even without putting more in it. . It will get you started which is what you want to do.

So 95B it is then. Not 95 A. Good, I think I am all right to start order then. Right?

It's kinda weird how these people are so worked up over making these laws.  They would have no effect on cis people either way.  Yet they are the ones with the obsession.  They ought to just stay out of trans people's business.

Bean burritos are still popular in my family.   Black eyed peas are the one legume I'm not fond of.  I need to add lots of onions. And of course always cook your pintoes with fat-meat.  And for y'all yankees, navy beans with a big ol' ham bone are hard to beat.

Seek out community, not just online but in person if possible. Making trans friends is a pretty quick and easy way to gauge if you have much in common with them.

It certainly could be classed as dark humor.  Unfortunately the sentiments alone must hurt young trans folks.  Decency and reality doesn't seem to be in the GOP's vocabulary.   Hugs,   Charlize

Good morning all,    It’s a frosty morning here the lawn looks silvery, and the uncovered spring flowers have icy edges on their leaves. The only flower bed I covered was my tulips. As nice as it is here during the day, our clear wind free nights allow the temperatures to drop into the mid twenties. Here in our growing zone it’s recommended that you not plant delicate plants until Mother’s Day. Central Indiana can have snow as late as the third week of May. The birds are active at the feeders, I’ve had my cup of yoghurt and morning meds. So I’ll sit here, drink coffee and watch the as the sunrise chases the frost from the yard.    @awkward-yet-sweet I could eat black eyed peas as a side for every meal. Boil them plain or with fatback. Served as a leftover, just add in a little Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies.  Make the best of your day,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

Morning, y'all. Evening here; we had the regulation three mugs full today. Now it's time to drink something else.     No big plans here either, eldest daughter and granddaughter will be arriving on Saturday, and we will have our granddaughter to ourselves for a week after that. We still have plans though. Tuesday we'll go to the swim center, Wednesday we'll take a road trip to visit my mom, Thursday we'll get some mulch delivered to top up the gardens.   I still make other small plans on a daily basis though. The things I do plan nowadays, which is a bit new for me, is that after pinching a nerve and ending up in a bit of pain and getting some treatment from the physio, I am more motivated than ever to exercise more regularly. Tuesday for example, I went for a short (15 minute) early morning walk, went to the pool for some hydrotherapy, and mowed the lawns. Yesterday I did my exercise reps and spent some time on the exercise bike. Today, I went for a 45-minute walk, tomorrow I will do my reps again and go for a long bike ride. As long as I do at least one thing every day, right? The pleasing thing is that I'm losing weight! I blew out to above 95kg early in the year and I'm just under 91kg now. Yay me!

What one piece of advice would you give to beginning transitioners or considering transition?

Positive side of the mixed bag.

Boredom is an emotional state that comes when a person has nothing to do, and is not interested in anything. To stop boredom, most people do something to occupy or amuse themselves. The first known use of the word boredom is in the novel Bleak House by Charles Dickens, written in 1852, but the saying to be a bore had been used to mean "to be tiresome or dull" since 1768. When referring to the mind, boredom is a bad state in which the person feels a deep lack of interest in what is going on around them, and where it is hard to focus.
