@Kiera The tank would be just fine. Be careful of white if you go braless ;).

I'm not much of an online shopper for clothes. Basics like cami tops or underwear sure, but anything else I need to see and feel it. Plus, it's more like a treasure hunt when I go to the store.

I have to say that I am addicted to Online Shopping for womens clothes, shoes and accessories. Is there a group for this (like Alcoholics Anonymous)? Because I probably need to join it :)

Hi Niamh. Yes, there is a 12-step program for being "addicted to Online Shopping."

Try https://debtorsanonymous.org/. Good luck.

When it got wet it stuck to me like a second skin.

@Elizabeth Star Yea i ordered more in different colors but fear too late! "Ex-wife" says between the new EV IM's, cycled "P" and (*achm embarrassed*) "pumping"  of late there's still NO WAY so . .

It's either disappoint grandbaby with loose shirt & no pool OR . .

Just say "f it", everybody already "knows", and I need to STOP being lazy & procrastinating and start working on my complexion, makeup and hair? A bra poolside? Definitely NOT as boss lady already *smiles* every time she suspects & checks!

I agree. It's more fun to go out and explore.

(ps: upon reflection I may just play it cool & wait to see if my daughter's - who's currently living at their parents house - boyfriend's (is 6'2") SISTER is there as she's as tall as me/'bout same weight (heavier?) and am strangely(age?) very attracted toward her in a way I as yet cannot define!)

*sigh* This *gender-fluid* thing is TOUGH 'ave NO IDEA what her real "status" is but last party was with her younger brother (who's very TALL as well)?

Thought I'd share this link with the girls here.

I managed to get away from the yard work for while today. My wife insisted. All-in-all I wore 4 different outfits. This is 2 of them. The first one is just an all black version of what I wore the other day with a spiked collar this time. I was out in my naked jeep and it was only in the 50s-60s all day so I wasn't showing any skin. Later, when I went to pick up dinner I changed into short, shorts and a yoga hoodie. The temperature was dropping but I still took my jeep. I'm an adult woman, I'm happy, and don't care anymore what people might say when they see me.

Today I'm wearing another faux wrap pull over dress with elastic waist band.

I have a full lace trimmed black slip under it.

I like a slip or half slip under my dresses and skirts.  Kinda necessary if the fabric is light.

They were the basic undergarment for centuries.

I went shopping this morning looking specifically for this jacket.  I have walked by it on numerous previous occasions but as I was always in male mode, I never tried it on.  This morning, however, I was presenting properly and my objective was to see how it fit before I bought it.   My wife has a similar jacket without breast pockets, which to my eye, looks more feminine.  I have been searching for something similar, for some time.  This jacket was quite flattering and it does look very feminine, so I bought it.  With the Memorial Day sale and an added discount for using my Macy's card, I paid less than half the regular selling price.  This one's a keeper.

Love the denim jacket Sally.

Shopping is one of those things I have to do in person.I need to touch and hold up to me and get a visual of how it looks.

Online is a total crap shoot because sizes are all over the place.

Tops are pretty forgiving size wise but leggings, pants or jeans are not.

Skirts are easy to shop for dresses are not.

Online shopping just doesn't work for me.

Love that jacket @Sally Stone!

My wife's best friend gave me this top about a month ago and then it got warm here so never wore it. Well, the temps have plummeted so I decided to don it today.  I love the color and the neckline applique is fun but it doesn't fit well.  The deltoid/biceps area is really snug but the chest is loose. (I need more boob to fit it right in that area). It's not bad over all and I will keep it. I figure by next year my arms will be a little skinnier and my boobs hopefully bigger ;)

No piccy, but wore a skirt for the first time outside in public! Been dressing for over a year, but never a skirt. Felt amazing, and so right. I always thought it wouldnt work on me, and apart from a tanned face and white legs (I'm working on it), it was a good look. Just had to change into my Bike gear for a run to the coast, but can already feel my legs craving that skirt again xx

I remember that wonderful feeling Luscious.  Hopefully you will keep that enjoyment.  I'll also never forget the super hot day when i stepped up to the counter in a tire store and realized the air conditioner vent blew straight up.  Suddenly tires were the last thing on my mind.

Hugs,

Charlize

Personally, I dislike when I have to wear britches.  But sometimes it's just necessary.

Perhaps growing up in the 50's & 60's when skirts were the norm affected my thinking.  Things have certainly changed since then though.

I'm not out at work, but this is how I showed up today.  It's kinda fun watching them watch me change.  Nobody says a thing.20210601_002229_Film4-01.thumb.jpeg.470d84b885cd21ab5173a433de9762b7.jpeg

Pool attire take two.  One piece with a “skort” second layer. The one piece kept things in place and the skort added a protective layer for minor shifts and gave me some insurance in case of a major wardrobe malfunction.

Nice summery outfit Niamh.

Chilly and wet all day here plus I spent 4 hours waiting on my Jeep to get fixed.

Wow that is a high number for Estradiol good grief! Testosterone levels are better than mine. I don't remember my Estradiol level but testosterone was 80. To me that is really high but it was in the two hundreds the check in before last one.

I don't understand why this would make a difference being a "dad" I mean, as far as how they would grow.

I don't see why not. I have worn forms since I came out.

I have never worn breastforms, but I assume as long as they don't aggravate your nipples you could.

Every week I've been excited to take my shot, so it's never been an issue. Yesterday, however, I woke up and started my usual "slow roll" and then suddenly realized I had breakfast plans that I had to rush out the door for. After, it was straight into work calls, and then I got the notification from the doctor about things being too high and all the while my mind had completely slipped that I needed take my shot.   Given that I am not asking for medical advice, but sharing my journey, I will note my results: Estradiol at 447 pg/mL and Testosterone was 23 ng/dL, up and down from 26 pg/mL and 526 ng/dL respectively before treatment. Almost flipped the bit! The doc would like my Estradiol closer to 300 pg/mL, so we'll see what Monday's tests state.   Oh, and I teased the dinner with old soccer teammates and never updated the thread! It went well. There were a couple funny moments. One guy, who I was worried about their response, greeted me with "Hey, you've lost some weight!" 😎 And a friend who lives near me picked me up on the way to dinner exclaimed, after we learned one of the invitees might show up with a date, "Wait! We could have brought women?!" To which I instantly responded, "You kind of did, bringing me!" Everyone got a good laugh out of that. 😁

To me there isn't that much difference other the measurement, which side the zipper is on and men's pants have bigger pockets.

I hope this is not stupid question..I have yet to start n not sure if doc will approve..but once you start growing buds n such, can you still wear forms to get to the size you were?   I'm a dad, so when I start blossoms they will be smaller for a long time n probably need surgical augmented..that's fine. I don't want to go ddd to aa to ddd..   any ideas?   thank you

I like them too.  We had them growing up.  But my father's family were Swedes.

Oh my!  I guess it just goes to show how different tastes can be. Since we don't live near the ocean, Seafood is a rare luxury. We absolutely love pickled herring! Especially my husband and my GF, I guess it's a Ferman/Russian cultural thing.  But most of the kids like it too, and a jar wouldn't last in the pantry for long 😆
    • awkward-yet-sweet
I think the key to that is just not minding eating the same thing repeatedly. Since we produce a lot of our own food here, we end up eating what is in season at the moment. So, when the yellow squash is ripening, we end up fixing squash 20 different ways. When the strawberries are ready, we eat lots of strawberries. It's kind of a different mindset to eat in season when it has become such a part of American culture but the grocery store has everything we want all the time. Like grapes in December.  My family does even things out a little bit by having a greenhouse so we have some fresh things in the winter, but it's not a 100% fix.

My brothers and I had to eat what was on the plate.  All of it, and nothing else.  Pickiness was not tolerated.  Some of our least favourite were liver and onions, sauerkraut, and especially rollmops (pickled herring).  We finally protested enough to persuade our mother not to serve rollmops, though she kept a jar in the pantry for years afterwards, as a threat if we didn't behave.

I'll go first.  My favorite team is the Yankees.  Loved them since I was a kid.  I was born in NYC so, yeah.  I know everyone loves to hate them, and that's OK.  I just love baseball in general.  It's a game of traditions, strategy, power, grace and skill.   Play Ball!!  ⚾   Carolyn Marie

I guess you do have a good point. It's just hard to try and not have the same meals over and over again.

Hi   I’ll weigh in on being picky about food.  Yes, and I was brought up that way.  We didn’t have to eat everything our parents ate.  They had a number of things they ate that they figured we wouldn’t eat, an acquired taste things or one or the other didn’t like them too.   even as an adult there are many things I won’t eat.  In my defense, there are different things my wife won’t eat.   the weird thing is that after being in E, my tastes have changed.  Sweet, sour, salty or bland, if I eat or drink too much of any one thing and I have to counter act it.   Willow
