Some queries about a MtF post-op vagina

Hello all

I have only just started considering SRS a real possibility, and have some questions for those of you who have had MtF bottom surgery:

  • What does sex feel like with a new vagina? Does it feel good?
  • How does sexual desire change after having balls removed? Do you still feel sexual desire?
  • How does a trans vagina feel to the man compared to a real vagina?
  • What happens to a mans "jizz" inside you after sex?

Thank you :)

I'll answer what I can but... Disclaimer: I'm really, REALLY gay. Guys are gross. ?

  • Well it certainly doesn't feel bad. It's definitely a different sensation.
  • My sex drive changed from, "Now please," to "Once or twice a week is good," while I was on T blockers. There's been no change after the GCS. I still want sex.
  • How on Earth would we know? We're on the other side. I've been told it's great but, c'mon. Making a guy orgasm is easy mode.
  • Presumably it (mostly) drains out much like most of it does with a cis-woman's vagina. I suppose it could stick around a while, but douching is a thing so...

You're welcome.

Hugs!

I can't wait to find all this out myself. My spouse says that she will never have sex with me after surgery. She doesn't have it with me now. My 42a cups creep her out. I absolutly plan to outlive her. I want to have sex as a woman before I die. I don't even think I could have sex as a man anymore. I don't want to have to have skin grafts to get full depth vaginoplasty, so I try to keep things in working order to minimize shrinkage.

If that's your plan, masturbate frequently. It stimulates nerve growth in the head and that's going to be your clitoris. You want that as nerve-dense as possible.

I figured that, it's difficult though with a spouse not willing to help, and me being creeped out about still having the unwanted parts. I don't look at porn anymore. I have to fantisize about having sex with a man. That's about the only thing that gets my motor running anymore besides brousing the new fall clothes in the ladies department at wallmart or kohls lol.

Thanks for the tips. I'm glad to be in a group where you're a moderator. You seem very knowedgeable and down to earth and willing to share. I really appreciate you. Hugs

I am curious as to the procedures that all of you have experienced. I recently made contact with a surgeon to get an idea of how I can structure my journey for maximum effect. I am planning to get things prepared over the next 1 1/2 years.

What kind of procedure did you get: Penile inversion vaginoplasty, or colon vaginoplasty graft?

How did things work out?

Were you able to achieve orgasm, and if so, how long after surgery.

Thank you in advance.

Sincerely

Katie

I opted for Inversion technique, it is the gold standard. As you may read in research and speak with surgeons on, colon vaginoplasty carries risks that penile inversion does not. Peritoneal Flap is up and coming and I am thinking of getting a revision with this technique in the future, not that I have many issues now, I would just like to have a bit more depth.

I achieved orgasm about 5 months after surgery. ( I had complications so my mileage varied a bit from others)

Thank you for your response. I will be having the inversion done in about 1.5 years myself. I'm about #200 on the waiting list for my surgeon. The list includes all surgerys, not just GCS.

Kylie,

Thank you! Did you use a surgeon in the Carolinas? I know a whole bunch of systems have started to offer GCS because insurances pay now. I am searching for surgeons for GCS as well as FFS. I am planning on surgery at the end of next year, or mid-2023. I want to get things arranged. I am going for FFS.

Sincerely

Katie

I actually went for my reassignment surgery in Texas. Of the few surgeons in NC they do not have much experience, so I opted for a more experienced surgeon and medical group. UNC is a big up and coming surgical team that has started to become very popular.

Yeah, we have a surgeon in Michigan, but he's slightly older than the concept of bread and he's a general plastic surgeon instead of a specialist. I opted to pay out of pocket to go to a different state. Your private bits are much too important to be left in the hands of people you don't trust.

Hugs!

I have shared my doses and levels a lot and no one has said anything. Yeah I put alarms on my phone to make sure I don't miss a dose. I tend to forget a lot of stuff on what needs to be done. I have been also using the calendar on my phone a lot. I missed an appointment because I didn't put it in my calendar.

Feeling better than I did yesterday

It's official. My doctor wants me retested after the last results (too high). The test, that she scheduled, was likely too close to the dose. She did tell me to keep the increased dose instead of reverting to my old one, probably because my "too high" wasn't that high. I don't know what the forum's stance is on results, knowing full well the rules against sharing dosage, so I'll keep those under wraps until I know if it's OK to share those. Less to say, it was over the range she feels comfortable with by about 50%, but taken a day earlier than the midpoint value she was expecting. Grains of salt everywhere!   Of course I messed everything up too, missing my dose for the first time, yesterday. I had to re-reschedule the lab I setup yesterday to Monday from Saturday after taking my shot this morning to avoid the same issue with the testing. I woke up and thought, "Thursday, what do I have to do for work today? OH -crap-, IT'S THURSDAY! I missed my shot yesterday!"   Anyhoo. Question for the ladies: does anyone else get a mild zen-like high after their shots/doses? My brain feels lighter and I'm happier and I feel a lot more girlie this morning. 💃

I'm into my fourth month of HRT and just titrated up in dosage after my last checkup. This is my life. 🤭   I have yet to grow out of my B cup bras, but I have noticed more fullness, having started with gynecomastia. I am seeing less gapping in bras with my right breast, which has always been smaller than my left. My areolae are slightly pronounced/projected now, that are larger but not vastly greater in circumference, and I have noticed little to no nipple changes beyond their painful sensitivity.

-It's not a sprint it's an endurance.  -It won't happen overnight. -Seek a gender therapist. -You might lose a lot of support but hang in there. If they truly loved and cared about you they would stay. -Retail therapy helps and plus it builds your wardrobe and shoes. -Makeup is an artwork. It takes lots of practice to do it right and watch YouTube videos on how to put it on or someone who is knowledgeable. -You are going to have roller coaster emotions so don't rush anything.

You have grown more breast tissue than most some only get one size and that is it. I went from 42C to 42DD but I'm also taking supplements. It's risky to take the supplements but to me it's worth the risk.

I'd echo some of the advice in Imma Asher's letter in the book To My Trans Sisters:   Take your time.  See yourself. Be proud.  Be strong. Indulge in the transformation.  Read more.  Put down the brow pencil.  Live.  And be happy.

I hope that there is some kind of justice. It's very sad and it doesn't even mention the family and I could only imagine how they feel.
