Re-introducing Shay as Heather Shay

I have so many beautiful friends here on the forum. When I first joined I used a name that has been following me since 1982  but as I grew into the REAL TRUE me - the name Heather seemed like a better name for me. Officially on my new birth certificate I'm Heather Michelle Shay (surname) and as you can see I didn't lose Shay but I thought it was time to stop confusing people when they saw my name as Shay but I signed as Heather.

 

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO..... let's try Heather Shay going forward. What do you think?

Congratulations on a new birth name while saving the past.  Heather Shay is a beautiful name. 

I did a somewhat similar thing with Charlize.  He is still a part of me.   Soon your head will turn when folks call for Heather.

The Da of Davie spelled phonetically is Dei referring to the Divine. Vie means life. So Davie means Divine life implying one who is guided by inspiration. ?
