Hey all, My Name is Nat and I am trying to find out how and where to start HRT. I live in SC near the GA border.  Also does anyone know anything about insurance coverage and gender dysphoria, HRT, surgeries, ect? I currently have Cigna Silver and am having difficulty navigating thier website for information on coverage

Hi, Nat!  If I haven't already welcomed you, then welcome to Trans Pulse.  Here is a good website for SC transgender resources.  You should be able to find a place to get HRT and whatever else you might need:  https://www.transgendermap.com/resources/usa/south-carolina/.

Please let us know how else we might be of service.  Take care!

Thanks for the welcome, and the link. I looked through it , looks like there is very little in my area. HRT is worth a long drive to me but was hoping to find somewhere closer, maybe even a local support group.

Nat, my only additional suggestion is to Google "LGBT resources in (your city or county name).  Also, if there is a college or university in your area, they might have resources, too.

I got excited and immediately searched for Folx Healthcare, it is not offered in SC yet.
