Alone in a crowd and in search of....

Introductions are hard for me. It is easier for me to comment on someone else's post than it is for me to talk about myself in the first place. I do have a family who supports me except for a sister.(sorry about the font size change) When typing I treat it as if I am actually talking to people face to face. So when I make mistakes I comment on them.

So anyway I have been struggling with the problem of many things. Like make-up, clothing sizes, shoe sizes. I don't have many friends, find it hard to trust people at this point in my life. I have made some very poor decisions in my life that has put me in not so great places. I now live with those consequences. Which makes me being me even harder.  I am definitely not the same person I was soo many years ago. 

So one of the problems I am having is make-up. I am a tall (6'3") red head. Got Norse heritage. Also have big feet, so finding boots that I want are really hard. 

See the many problems I have. I do have a good job where I am excepted.  Trying to save up enough money to get my own business started. Building custom electric vehicles. This is my life.

There are already posts in here that have the information you are looking for, but asking specifically in a topic is a good way to get the group thinking about it.  I am red head by a small bit of choice over gray, but also taller and fair skinned.  As I said before in one of your posts this is a home where we speak about all of that.

When I talk (type) I tend to just say what is on my mind, even if I repeat myself or others. And the mistakes I make when typing are mine. They are part of who and what I am. We need to own our up's and down's.🤪

I'm with you on this one.  It's impossible to find cute shoes/boots that I can get my feet into.

Not IMPOSSIBLE, but it sure isn't easy. I've got a couple of cute pairs. Try Torrid, Avenue or Long Tall Sally.

 

Which reminds me: I need to go to the local dance supply and beg them for jazz shoes. Wish me luck.

Welcome Jennie! Glad you're here! Happy for you being accepted by family & work! As for bad decisions & consequences, hmmm, me too. There are posts on the forum here with tips on solving some of the problems you mention. I hope you find the wonderful support, advice & acceptance here as I have.
