I've had anemia and other blood issues for a long time... Problem is that every since quarantine, I've barely been out of the house. The lack of outdoor activities is making me extremely weak. Even walking is difficult now? What should I do?
Hey guys! So, I’ve decided that I need a new schedule for myself. My sleeping and eating habits are currently WACK and I gotta change that! So, here’s my new schedule! Weekdays 6:00 AM - Wake up, go exercise 7:30 AM - Breakfast, then do school 12:00 PM - Lunch, then back to school unless finished, then free time 5:30 PM - Walk the dog 6:00 PM - Dinner, then chores, then free time 10:00 PM - Bedtime Weekends 7:00 AM - Wake up, go exercise 7:30 AM - Breakfast 12:00 PM - Lunch 5:30 PM - Walk the dog 6:00 PM - Dinner, then chores, then free time 11:00 PM - Bedtime So that’s it! If you need me, I’m only really available when it’s my free time, my time zone is Central Time. Stay safe dudes, dudettes, and all in between!
