Well i grew up watching TNG so i'm more of a fan of that series than the orginal. That being said I love watching the orginal crew in the movies. I'd have to say though the line that first popd to mind for me is from Wrath of Khan. its when Khan is activating the genesis divice and is quoting Moby penis. Didn't realize he was quating that for a long time. As for favorite episodes..... there were alot of them but the ones that stand out best in my mind are from TNG and Voyager both are 2 parter episodes. From TNG it would be the series conclusion episodes and from Voyager it would be the 'Year of Hell' episodes.

Who can forget that famous line from "The Wrath of Kahn" when Kirk looks up and shouts, "Kaaaaaaaaahhhhhnnnnnnnnnnnn!"

Futurama uses that as a basis for the robot actor Calculon's most famous line, looking upward and shouts, "Nnnoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"

Did anyone ever count the number of times that the Prime Directive was ignored?

Fire the photonic cannon!

I cant help but giggle whenever I see that episode with the Emergency Command Hologram. I had an idea of editing up a load of videos so the ECH fired at all times and at completely inappropriate moments!

I loved all the early TV shows, and the follow on movies such as,

Star Trek II "The wrath of Khan"

Sulu to Captain Kirk, under his breath "Phasers locked" just after the Enterprise had taken a beating from Khan, and then they sent secret code to remotely drop their shields, what a scene

The response from the future Spock, "I am not our father."
