I Never Knew The Adams Apple Would Just.. Disappear.

So, about a 2months ago I started searching online about the larynx(voice box) and basically the throat and lungs in general

I got a little obsessed with watching women speak while looking at their necks and see how their neck muscles positioned as they spoke.

The women with the pretty higher pitches neck would be sucked in as they spoke.

It remind me of when I try to ~breathe~ in my voice that my neck is that same position as well ,so it was good to know that I was already on the right track and it made me focus harder on training my neck muscles to become ~relaxed~ in this position without strain.

Immediately, after about 2weeks of this, my adams apple just did not purge out in anymore AT ALL... and my pitch became naturally higher. Of course I have to remind myself that I have to keep trying to breathe correctly but it is becoming more of a natural thing to do instead of something I had to force myself to do a few months ago.I can sleep breathing this way now.

A couple of days ago, I also read up about phlegm , lung power, and how to discard of phlegm to make my lungs and bronchial airways stronger.

It kinda feels like I'm reversing the aspect of puberty when my larynx dropped lower ,causing my adams apple to stick out. I am really shocked and happy to see that it seems possible to reverse it. :D
