ORGASM

from what i have read the thai method of using the penis inverted is a common procedure now if there is enough material if not they offer the colon procedure but obviously more expensive. in the uk it seems they do use the scrotal skin but this can have problems if the hair is not removed well before srs. i think they now recomend hair removal as apart of the lead up to srs. just to be rid of the penis and testicles would be great i think its a big lable of being male.

Scotal skin is used very typically in penile inversion. It is one of the reasons for genital electro, but some surgeons such as Brassard take care and remmove the folicles during the procedure and actually recommend not having genital electro.

Concerning self-lubrication, Brassard takes some of the mucous membranes which lined the urethra and uses them in the area of the vulva, to provide some measure of self-lubrication. Nowhere near a natal female, but it's something.

As far as orgasms go, I had one about 7 weeks post-op. Pretty amazing, if you think about it... all the cutting and moving of parts they do during SRS and we can still have orgasms.

The answer to the question is yes, but because the doctor I went to I had done research on the preservation of nerve endings, how many nerve endings and the amount of function. These are often published by the doctors as academic papers and you can find out for yourself the exact percentage. The doctor had the fewest problems and the highest rate of nerve preservation. And yes, personal orgasm, with vibrator, without, with partner, multiple. It wasn't why I had the surgery but it was a positive bonus.

I do not self lube but I am orgasmic. Sex is so much different as a woman. I need a long time to achieve an orgasm and gentle relaxed foreplay is critical. I do not orgasm every time because my man in in a hurry sometimes but I am still happy to please him. When I do have an orgasm it is a total body experience and my body glows all over. It lasts a long time and sometimes happens more than once. It is very different from an intense short orgasm that men have. It is a truly wonderful experience.

I'll just begin by say "hi" to everyone, and I am NEW to these forums. To answer the thread OP's question directly, all I can say is, it really depends, it differs between people I expect, no different from anyone else who has or has not gone through reassignment. For me personally, it wasn't until some years AFTER surgery I actually had one. No idea why lol, some thing just triggered, and that was it :) First time I HAD sex after surgery, I didn't feel anything at all.

I am very much pre-op since I haven't even started HRT yet... but I can still manage that full-bodied orgasm that some of you have described. At least, I can when I'm solo.

I've found that if I lie down in bed and take a LOT of time massaging my chest and my nipples, I get this "wave" of pleasure that keeps getting more and more intense. Of course, once the pleasure from the chest builds a bit, I start gyrating my hips like a woman would if she were in the bottom position. (It should go without saying that I'm fantasizing about being a "complete" woman during this event...) Eventually I do ejaculate, but there have been times when I'm able to keep it up for about a half hour, sometimes more. The ejaculation phase is much more powerful than anything I've ever had during "conventional" sex.

I've found that the trick is not to go right for the nipples when playing with the breasts. Start with gentle caressing of the whole chest for a good five minutes beforehand. You'll know when you can get the nipples involved. Also, some soft fabric over the nipples is better than direct finger contact. Massage oil works nicely as well, but may stain your covers...

And yes, I've found that this works wonderfully on cis-women (like my wife) as well. I've often wondered if she thinks about how I've developed my technique over the years....

Anyhow, just wanted to share for those of you who would like to give it a shot.

Thanks,

Lisa

Wow. I just have to say, all of this is freaking amazing to me. I had no idea gender correction could give you WORKING reproductive organs. (Sorry for my ignorance, but I'm new to this). I just thought it would look physically similar.

I was just interested because my girlfriend is an MTF and going to get the surgery someday, hopefully.

This is all very interesting, and I thank rehtnap for bringing up the topic. :)

This is the only way i can get myself aroused. The erections are a pain though, i agree whole heartedly lol.

For me, the ejaculate after orgasm stopped after just a little HRT. If there still is any for you, yes it will stop with SRS. However, it's never really dry down there after SRS, and believe me, you don't want it to be!

hi

well as they say if you dont ask you dont get lol. depending on the srs surgery the gentialia is as close as it can be to correct. feeling and stimulation is a very individual result. there is a variation of srs where there is not a full vagina created refered to as cosmetic srs but the rest of it is as a full srs. sometimes its not possible or recomended to undergo the creation of a vagina for medical or personal reasons. when srs is done a clitorus is created and nerves from the penile shaft are used to give it sensation. some girls arnt that bothered about the feeling some are. my sex drive has always been female and to be blunt i expect stimulation from a clit not a penis. just how its always been for me. i hate errections and all that and its foreing to me to want to use it i want the other bits and to recieve it.

The hand full of people i have spoken too personally: that either regretted srs or were dissaticfied with the out come ( they do exsist ) it's not the main reason , but deffinately one i have heard from practically all. is thier dissapointment with sex, orgasm . lack of and or their the change in how it feels to orgasm after srs and or the difficulty in achiving said orgasm. i don't think they were fully prepared, for the actual sex life of a woman , and the difficulty and often times dissapointment natal women feel in reguards to sex and achieving an orgasm.

The vagina is a far far more complex sexual organ than the penis . and sexual pleasure (physical) sexual pleasure seemingly a evolutionary after thought in the contruction and lay out of the vagina. so when going from a penis to a vagina. changes in how and your ability to orgasm , should likely be expected

though neo vagina is not exactly wired to your brain in the same way a natal womans is, and by and large if your penial tissue and nerve endings were in realitivly good working order pre op and your surgon did his job pro[erly . orgasm should be totally possible . though triggering said orgasm maybe maybe as tricky as it is in any natal woman.

my brain is not wired for male sex life so ill be very happy with whatever i get. to be rid of the male sexually functions would be a start. its really odd to describe but its likea conflict of feelings. the bits dont match the desires if that makes sense.

Did you ask her if there was anything particular you need to learn from the BIble?  Any particular book you should read? Result she wants you to have? Did you ask her if she is reading her Bible, and what she is getting out of it lately?  What is the Lord speaking to her?   It shouldn't be a one way thing.

Comparison can be deadly.  If the 23 year old beauty queen is the standard for women, all others are not real women.  If Jocko Willink is the standard for men, all other men are not real men.   I read an essay about the mermaid and transgender people. There is a statue of a mermaid in a Danish harbor.  She looks wistfully back at the sea, where she cannot go because she is human above, but neither can she walk on the land, because of her lower half.  Psychologists have noted a fascination with mermaids by trans kids.  TG folk, using the mermaid analogy,  can feel like we can neither mountain climb nor explore the depths because of our condition, but there is plenty we CAN do.  As humans we can both climb mountains and explore the depths.   Not all women give birth. Not all men become fathers.  Not all men can pull cable wire all day long, walk iron safely, or heft 600 pounds in a dead lift.  That does not mean they are not men.

Sally, thank you for deciding to post your life experiences. They have certainly struck some chords with me, and have caused me to look again at my life and where I am going.  I will not take up your thread with my thoughts, but suffice to say that I was commissioned into the military (RAF) as an aviator in 1963. Fortunately my cross-gender feelings were mild and easily suppressed. It is only in later life that they have come to the fore.   I look forward to reading more.   Karen

I tried the superglue and it didn’t stick to the plastic bag. So I am using some chicken cutlet forms until I find a cheap replacement or go more permanently and get top surgery. I just need to get a therapist note for insurance to cover the surgery. I’ll use Tegaderm repair on the ripped on special occasions like my cousins wedding.

The bridal shower went very well. My wife, mother and I went. We bowled (I sucked at it) and went to a bar afterwards. I was totally accepted by my family and the brides friends. That is what I had been expecting from this side of my family. My one cousin who got married last year told me that she wished I had went as myself instead of listening to my mother telling me to go in boy mode.

It doesn't just seem that it is, it actually is. aging trans people are left out of nearly 90% of all the help said to be available to transgender people.   Here in Texas, there are not many, if any actually created for aging transgender people. Planned Parenthood pretty much has only been active for trans youth, primarily, as of late. I can't even find legal help for discrimination cases that would help by allowing me to show that it is trans care related. By the way, I don't qualify for medicare as I am turning 55 this year. I also can't get Medicaid either.    Trans youths are not the only ones needing help. Aging trans need just as much help, BUT, are pushed aside as though we as older transgender people, do not matter. I agree the youth are our future, but until the youth decides to listen to what is being taught to them instead of thinking they know everything, the youth of the nation will be our demise.

Wednesday CNA was rather agreeable today (unusual for her). She basically just stated, "you really need to read your bible." I answered, "yes thank you, I do!"   She wanted to tighten my bra bands and I told her I don't like them too tight.  She said, "oh yeah, yours are just fat and not milk ducts so they aren't heavy."   That started into a conversation about how a bra works, and that the band/gore support the majority of the weight. The bands just helps keep things aligned.    Also, my mammograms say, "scattered fibroglandular tissue" just like a third of women out there. They most definitely have milk glands.

This tread is based on the titling of a bill.  That is what the judges ruling spoke to.  Please keep on topic.  If one wishes to write about rest room funding one can start a topic.      Pity the title did not also mention restricting the rights of the parents who support their children.  Perhaps that is only important if a child tries to speak to a teacher about gender issues.  Then, suddenly, parental rights become important.   Hugs,   Charlize
