I'd say yes. No real criticism. However are you wearing makeup in these photos? To me (and maybe my eye isn't so good.) it doesn't look like you are.

But, as far as passing....how are your other things?....Like mannerisms voice, etc.....it takes a combination of these things to "pass".....

Correct. I haven't experimented with makeup yet and I haven't been able to get my hands on any. Obviously I would not leave the house dressed like that until I work on makeup more.

I'm only a CDer (meaning I don't plan on transitioning) so these things are a bit lower on my priority list (although, again, I know they are important if I'm in public)

You definitely pass! You have very feminine features.

As far as advice goes-

choose skirts and things that are more fluffy, and that sit a little higher on the hips. It gives the illusion that you have more curves than you actually may.
