I know i shouldnt have cut...

but i did

I know that cutting is not the answer...

but it helps

I know it will hurt my family...

but at the moment i dont care

It had been a very long time...

set the days back to zero

I hate my body...

it deserves this

It doesnt hurt...

but it leaves scars

I can deal with physical injuries...

so i use them to replace the emotional ones

Thes cuts werent deep...

but they can be

.AWwwwww, Kal....

And you were doing so good.......

Let me ask you ....have you ever been over to chat?

There are people there to talk to you in real time when you feel this way....give it a try, ok?

Kallum, I'm sorry to hear you are feeling depressed. If you need someone to talk to like Dee Jay said there is the chat room. You can talk to people in live time. There are crisis rooms for just that whenyou need help and need to talk in real time in chat. It involves a separate sign up process but it is really helpful.

I hope you feel better soon today Kallum.

Okay, so the clean slate timer started over, but just think, in the last.... you have only cut once. In twice that it will still only be once. Look at you go. You are doing so great. Amazing.

Kallum - thanks for reaching out and telling us what you are going through. You have many people here who have gone and are going through the same thing so you are NOT alone! I cut myself tonight but stopped. I don't have the urge as much anymore but sometimes I just have the urge. I started coming back to Laura's after a long time away and I'm really glad I did. Be well and take good care of yourself because it WILL get better!

I agree that we may well not be much better off here in the US.  There is definitely a backlash and in some areas or with certain demographics our safety doesn't exist.  Fortunately there are also many who are much more accepting than ever.  I have to look at that bright side. A bit of a Pollyanna ?   Hugs,   Charlize

Sad to say, this is running about the same as it is here in the U.S. and may not be as bad in a couple of places, but still it is pretty bad overall.  Great Britain has about the same stats on H8ers, minus the KKK of course, but the Fundamentalist and Roman Catholic influences are used as the same excuses to just plain hate from what I have heard.

https://inews.co.uk/news/uk/third-transgender-people-victim-hate-crime/   This is very troubling, but given the very negative press and public opinions, hardly surprising.  The question is, what, if anything, will be done about it?   Carolyn Marie

Seat belts are not required but highly advised.  Actually i took me time to feel much and even then changes were slow and subtle.  Enjoy your journey!   Hugs,   Charlize

Congratulations, get ready for the ride and hold on. I started HRT about 14 months ago at 41. I have loved every minute of my journey thus far. I won't lie, it's a roller coaster. Good luck on your journey and do keep us posted.    Hugs    Shawnna
