Where Do I Go From Here?

I have always found great comfort from sites on the Internet

This has been my first and final move to solve problems met

I always felt that I had things to offer and so much to say

On varied subjects over and over each and every day

But now I read and I see so many questions and now I see

I do not have the answers only more questions on how to be

I am never sure if what I say will help or hinder and I have my doubts

I would love to be able to give the answers in whispers or in shouts

But instead I question myself and measure every word

Instead of letting the ideas flow in order to be heard

I should take my own advice from time to time

To say what I think and not just here in rhyme

I have survived, transitioned and lived a long life

Survived all of those terrible troubles and strife

So maybe I should stop all of this second guessing and musing

Share my experiences without my natural manner of assuming

That either no one will care or bother to listen to me or to read

Or think that I am so smug presuming to know what they need

When in fact I can only share what I have learned and know

In my attempt to repay all of the kindness and caring you show

The answer to the question, where do I go from here

Is simple, just stay at the one place that I hold so dear
