Whats In A Name?

I've been sorta pondering, as my hydrating masque firms up, on names that are singular. The first one that sprang to mind was Ann Margaret (OOooH ViVa Las Vegas & the dance scene with <sigh shudder> ELVIS). Two seperate names but try to think of her without both...Bye Bye Birdie...LOL...Twiggy (oops yeah child 'o the 60's), Verushka (I think I spelled it right as she was a famous REALLY TALL Russian fashion model way back), Prince (well if the shoe fits ), Dali (more of a hero for here than given credit for) & Gala (ditto for her uncompromising love and devotion). Well gotta peel (literally ;-) and get to it. Anybody have others to add? I'm beyond hope because I flucuate soooo much I only use a part of my whole name and ***<surprise surprise>*** it isn't one name...or two...oh jeeze SOMEBODY stop me...LOL. Wonder if they still o.k. using a ring stamp for a name? Didn't Prince do that? Keep smiling and laughing this year and hug the one your with, Kelly Ann

I must really be old, because my first thought was - Sinatra!

Then of course - Dean! (It's OK, "Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime!")

Madona, Cher, Bono - Rock has a lot of one namers (probably due to excessive drug use - can't remember the second)

I can't even think of how to spell it right now starts with a Z?a-Z?a - the older Gabor sister, (the ancient celebrity - famous for being famous - pre Paris Hilton) give me a break I was working most of the night!

Patton! And for our friends in the United Kingdom - Monty! (They were from WWII - you youngsters can look them up!) And for our friends in Germany, one has to admit that most of us can't even think of any first name for Rommel

(I think that I mispelled that, if so - Sorry!)

Romeo, Juliet, Othello, Desdemona, Iago, Starbuck, Stubbs, Tashtigo, Quequeg, Dago, Ahab, Ceaser, Hannibal, Brutus, Cassius and Cleopatra (she was one of us - the Queen of the Nile!)

Stay out of classic litterature, it's full of them, Scrooge, Nemo etc.

Still more singers: (I think they actually can't remember the rest of the name) Seal, Sade, Pink, Beyonce. And Prince didn't so much use a ring to produce his "name" he drew it on (Though I do like seal rings and other antiquated items.)
