Outer Female/Inner Male Voice

For all those ladies who have successfully transitioned your voice whereby you speak flawlessly as a female, I have a question: When we have thoughts we have them (all things being equal) in our speaking voice. That being said, how difficult is it or was it for you to change your inner male voice to match your female speaking voice? Are you finding it difficult to change that inner voice to match the outer and how long did it take you if you succeeded?

Hi Sophia, this was something that I was thinking about too :-) For me, there was a point when my feminine voice became the normal voice, and when trying to speak masculinely became weird... adding a few months to that was when the voice in my head became (my) feminine voice.

ps: A small trick to help it come.... whenever you're thinking in some voice, pretend like you're speaking. Like, sometimes I'm processing a thought, and I hold my voice box in the position it would be just before I utter a sound, and the inner voice becomes feminine too.... good luck :-)

I never had an "inner male voice" I've always sounded female in my head and when I hear myself speak, so it's very upsetting to hear recordings and be called sir over the phone because I don't sound male to myself in any way... so when I try to talk higher it sounds stupid and forced to me. Oh, how I hate my voice. xD
