Pampered myself

Hi everyone, well yesterday I decided to pamper myself so I went to the mall and had my eyebrows waxed and plucked (plucked what the wax didn't get). I also had a pedicure done along with my toes painted a royal purple. I finished up with getting for the first time in my 54 years, pierced ears.

It made me feel very feminine going through the whole process, which I enjoyed immensely. What was really interesting for me was that I enjoyed my self-pampering more or less in male mode, perhaps androgynous would be more accurate. I had applied a light foundation to my face, with mascara applied to my lashes, a pair of female jeans on, though I don't think you could really tell one way or the other, and I had on a pair of female sandals. I did feel a little intimidated because the ratio of men to women at this mall seem to be 3 to 1. However, no one seem to give me much mind even when walking with my royal purple painted toe nails showing.

When I got my ears pierced the young lady asked what made me decide to get them done now and I told her that I'm transitioning from MTF. She was a most gracious employee and very supportive of my position to transition my body to female.

Good for you sophia! That sounds like you had a really great day. Getting the brows waxed is quite an experience isn't it? Its funny when I had it done I had to fight my self from giggling even through it hurt. It certainly is a very feminine way of getting pampered, I'm glad you had such a wonderful time!
