I hope that the sentiment below is one that continues to gain traction:

The Episcopal Church which is the U.S. branch of the Anglican Communion has had full Trans* inclusion since 2012 when it's Constitution & Canons were amended by an almost 80% majority of its General Convention that year.  At its General Convention in 2015, it was approved by an even greater margin to create a Liturgy specifically for name change, but since 2012 Bishops have been permitted to create appropriate rites for their local members.  I had my name change done in June 2015, and in October 2016. a woman in a neighboring Diocese to mine also had hers changed using a rite adapted from the vows of people entering Holy Orders (Nun's and Monks -- which the Episcopal Church has) where they changed their names in order to better serve in the churches.  Very appropriate in my book.
