Just Over 3 Years ago , My Family that once was always their in good times and Bad . Found Out thru my Late wifes social Media site and StacieLeelahs Connected Site , That stacieLeelah was in fact Me , My Other self , Which Never has had & doesn't want a social media site , Still does not and as far as I am concerned never Will . However when Pamela Jean was in her final months of Life . My Family and Than Most of hers , And some close Family Friends as well , All went Hostile towards Me , Why ? , Well because thru social Media my sister , who first found out who StacieLeelah was . Told My Family , They told Pamela's Family & Some of our Closest Family Friends . And to this Day , Now well over the 3 Year Plus Mark , They did discuss it with Pamela in a Negative context , Before she passed away 2 years and 5 months ago . But too this Day they still Haven't discussed it Directly with Me Yet . Sent Me a Threatening Extortion Letter with No Return address & no one signed it . Are Praying for my Supposed Lost Soul in the ST. Judes Prayer of & For Lost Souls , They are waiting for an Apology to every Member of both Sides of the Family & offended Family Friends . Accussing Me Of False Hoods lies and Deception . Why ? You maybe Asking . Well all Because I am Trans MTF , That's what my Family and some Friends , Mostly my Family . Are Waiting for me now , For over 3 years plus too A[[oligise too All of them , Because they found out , I never told them , They went Bezerk told Everyone they could . Except have never talked directly too Me yet . Pamela before she Died , Set her Family straight , And tried to explain it too my Family , Who didn't want too hear anything . But an overall apology from Me . And Refuse any attempts from Pamelas Family Now still . Unless I Apoligise too them  . I knew how they would react , Holier than thou Catholics & Far Right Conservative TED CRUZ Christians . Who think they have the right too Judge Me & All of Us . Which they DON'T  & I am not Now nor do I Plan on Apoligising  : I am Proud of my LBGT roots and Family that care about me . And I care about all of You , Thank You :

In my opinion this is probably one of the worst times of finding out.

Aside from many of the 'local to you' society and family issues, in times of grief people often naturally look for something to blame the taking of a good life on. They wish to vent their inner rage. I feel you may have been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Likely there may have still been rejection, but I think the situation may have made things far worse. To some extent there is always family rivalry involved too. Your family may be thinking, to some extent, 'why should we hear this from our son's wife and family, not himself. Why did they know first and not us!' I just think of my mother and how snappy she gets about such things.

With your family, they maybe deserve an apology for you hiding things, with an explanation of why's. Not an apology for who you are. You are all upset at the moment. Only you know your family, so I cannot predict, in any way, a result but in time, at least with some of the family, things should improve.

Good luck

And this isn't about them , Its my Life & they have choosen too basically Kick Me Out , Only because I am Transgender and feel now, I have been all of my Life : But again Thank YOU :

Most of my extended family found out because of an acquaintance who saw me filling up our car at a gas station.  I had one cousin come to the house with her girlfriend angry because she is gay and i didn't tell her first.  I also have cousins who i haven't seen for years.  I miss them as we used to share Thanksgivings and Christmas together.  At the same time i'll say that slowly we are beginning to communicate again.  I don't and can't find this their fault.  They like me are a product of a society that is only beginning to show some tolerance for diversity.  I broke the mold and wasn't "supposed" to do that.  I'm also beginning to forgive myself for years of dishonesty.  It seemed impossible to do otherwise for most of my life.  Fear and shame ruled my life.  I can only feel grateful for the freedom i've found.  Others including my relatives must live their lives.  It is difficult that they are slow or unable to find acceptance.

Hugs,

I think the only person I had to apologize to is my ex. While my understanding of why we got divorced had changed, the fact is she got blindsided by something I was repressing that would affect our relationship. Her reaction though, not so much.  I feel no need to apologize to anyone else.

Thank You , MarcieMarie :

Look I Didn't Tell Them , I don't Feel I did them Wrong And I Did tell My Spouse - 5 years into a 29 Year Relationship , 2 Years into our Marriage - Did she Struggle with it YES , Was she Happy , That I was Transgender MTF at First NO , But let Me tell You , After she came too Terms with it Personally & She never even left or Separated even One day or Night - Our Love Life & Our Respect for each Other was Better & Stronger - Should I have told Her During Our Dating , Yes , Should I have Told her During Our Engagement , Before We got married , Absolutely YES , Did I , No unfortunately , Did I Appoligise too Her over the Years Many times YES - My Family Tried to destroy Me Literally , My Own Brother told my Inlaws & Others , That if I wanted to be transgender , He wanted too seriously hurt me , As My Sister inlaw put it , He said I should be Dead - Quote Un Quote , They sent Me an Extortion Letter , Utah to California using the United States Mail . Sending extortion letters , As ina Letter that Demands I do certain things against my will or they will do certain things to destroy Me Personally . That is what they did & When you use the U.S. Mail Service to send an extortion / demand letter with Consquences acrossed state lines . You are Breaking a Number of Federal laws all at the same time - Anyone who thinks that I am going to appoligise too anyone just because I Am Trans and I am not sorry I am Trans , Dosen't really get or Understand what my FAMILY , Did to My Late Wife and Me , During our Darkest hours . It certainly sounds like you need to consider distancing yourself from a number of these people.  They don't contribute to your health in any way.

Good Friday Morning    I will be spending a good portion of my day at church today.  I don’t know how any of my family would have been with me.  They all passed before I figured myself out.  I often think my mother and sister may have figured it out before I did but maybe it was just my depression that they saw.  I don’t know and never will.  My grandfather Young unconditionally loved me but he passed when I was 9.   Same with my wife’s parents, both gone before.  We’ve never had the greatest relationship with my wife’s brother but we do see them occasionally.  They words and actions aren’t always in sink when it comes to me.   Sour kraut or boil cabbage were never big even with my parents so that was something we were never expected to eat.  Nor was anything with mustard.  My mother hated mustard and it turns my stomach. My wife tried to sneak it into things early in our marriage but I could always tell.  She stopped after a while.   well I wave to go get ready to go to church.  I have a committee meeting at 10 and then we have a Good Friday Service at noon.   Willow

Good morning everyone,   @KymmieLI hope you're misreading your bosses communications. As you say keep plugging a long. Don't give them signs that you're slow quitting, just to collect unemployment.   I have a few things to do business wise, and will be driving to the St. Louis, MO area for two family gatherings.   Have a great day,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

Good morning everyone, TGIFF   It seems like I am the one keeping or shop from being the best. According to the boss. I don't know if my days are numbered or not. But anymore I am waiting for the axe to fall. Time will tell.   I keep plugging a long.   Kymmie

AMUSEMENT The feeling when you encounter something silly, ironic, witty, or absurd, which makes you laugh. You have the urge to be playful and share the joke with others. Similar words: Mirth Amusement is the emotional reaction to humor. This can be something that is intended to be humorous, like when someone tells a good joke or when a friend dresses up in a ridiculous costume. But it can also be something that you find funny that was not intended to be humorous, like when you read a sign with a spelling error that turns it into an ironic pun. For millennia, philosophers and scholars have been attempting to explain what exactly it is that makes something funny. This has led to several different theories. Nowadays, the most widely accepted one is the Incongruity Theory, which states that something is amusing if it violates our standards of how things are supposed to be. For example, Charlie Chaplin-style slapstick is funny because it violates our norms of competence and proper conduct, while Monty Python-style absurdity is funny because it violates reason and logic. However, not every standard or norm violation is necessarily funny. Violations can also evoke confusion, indignation, or shock. An important condition for amusement is that there is a certain psychological distance to the violation. One of the ways to achieve this is captured by the statement ‘comedy is tragedy plus time’. A dreadful mistake today may become a funny story a year from now. But it can also be distant in other ways, for instance, because it happened to someone you do not know, or because it happens in fiction instead of in real life. Amusement also needs a safe and relaxed environment: people who are relaxed and among friends are much more likely to feel amused by something. A violation and sufficient psychological distance are the basic ingredients for amusement, but what any one person find funny will depend on their taste and sense of humor. There are dozens of ‘humor genres’, such as observational comedy, deadpan, toilet humor, and black comedy. Amusement is contagious: in groups, people are more prone to be amused and express their amusement more overtly. People are more likely to share amusement when they are with friends or like-minded people. For these reasons, amusement is often considered a social emotion. It encourages people to engage in social interactions and it promotes social bonding. Many people consider amusement to be good for the body and the soul. By the end of the 20th century, humor and laughter were considered important for mental and physical health, even by psychoneuroimmunology researchers who suggested that emotions influenced immunity. This precipitated the ‘humor and health movement’ among health care providers who believed that humor and laughter help speed recovery, including in patients suffering from cancer1). However, the evidence for health benefits of humor and laughter is less conclusive than commonly believed2. Amusement is a frequent target of regulation: we down-regulate it by shifting our attention to avoid inappropriate laughter, or up-regulate it by focusing on a humorous aspect of a negative situation. Interestingly, amusement that is purposefully up-regulated has been found to have the same beneficial physical and psychological effects as the naturally experienced emotion. Amusement has a few clear expressions that emerge depending on the intensity of the emotion. When people are mildly amused, they tend to smile or chuckle. When amusement intensifies, people laugh out loud and tilt or bob their head. The most extreme bouts of amusement may be accompanied by uncontrollable laughter, tears, and rolling on the floor. Most cultures welcome and endorse amusement. Many people even consider a ‘good sense of humor’ as one of the most desirable characteristics in a partner. At the same time, most cultures have (implicit) rules about what is the right time and place for amusement. For example, displays of amusement may be deemed inappropriate in situations that demand seriousness or solemness, such as at work or during religious rituals.
