Rapid changes a week in

After just a week of hrt i have had some noticable changes already. I am attrobuting some of it to the fact tjat naturally my body had started transitioning on its own. My testosterone levels naturaly was only 57 and estrogen over 120. I guess my body was telling me something lol. My auestion and concerns are if theese rapid changes will continue this fast or slow down. The rapidness is noticable breast growth and skin softness and glowing. Also to note all three of my sisters had fast puberies and all women in my family have verry large breasts nobody less than dd does this also contribute?

If you're seeing marked physical changes at this point in time, I'd strongly suggest speaking with your doctor.  Any physical changes from HRT would take much, much longer than a week to manifest.

I am going to second @Dev on the point of seeing your doctor because your short a time even with a low T beginning needs to monitored carefully.  If the E load is filling you out that fast, it is also affecting other organs, including your blood itself, and possibly your liver.  The World Professional Association for Transgender Health Standards of Care (V7)  puts the onset of change in the 3 to 6 month window, and most changes are completed in 3 to 6 years.  At 9 years myself, I agree with that, having observed it in myself and friends I have seen go through it over the time.  In three weeks, some people do feel emotional relief and a lift in a preexisting form of depression that plays some part in Dysphoria, but that has not been pinpointed as an actual physiological effect of the E.  If you have some genetic variation that may be affecting your use of E,, your doctor needs to know it and understand it so that you are not given an overdose that could be harmful or worst of all fatal from a blood clot going to your lungs or brain.

Welcome to Trans Pulse.  I'm glad you are getting in touch with your doctor.  HRT requires a careful and regulated approach to avoid serious and damaging side effects.

You might wish to make a post in the introduction forum so others can get to know you better.  I found time on this site to be very helpful in making a safe and less difficult transition.

Hugs,

Charlize

Abigail, I think we will just leave the other posts where they are, and the discussion can start anew here.  It is possible to do what you ask, but would disrupt the flow of the discussion in the other thread, and would require more work than it's worth.   Carolyn Marie

I am in too good a mood to earn my certificate today. I am sure something will happen that will put me on the path to earning it.

It's likely most cis-women consider a fitting unnecessary "because they know what  they wear" and get used to the wrong size.  The instructions for what your size is are simple and why go to any further effort?  You measure your bandsize and you measure your max and subtract the two to get the needed info for the cup size.  Then you buy the same size for years until it hurts or something.

Congratulations Lorelei! Yes, it is a powerful feeling to have the documents that say "you are you".

Here is space for discussion on this, since the topic is large and could derail another thread SOMEBODY started.   Could some dear, sweet, kind Moderator pull everything related to this from the Voting for Trump thread and put it here?  I don't know if you can do that; I am the new girl on the block after all (blinks sweetly).

Good morning everyone,   It’s Thursday well as least I took my Thursday Medications as sorted out in my weekly dispensary caddy. Today’s coffee is Folgers Breakfast Blend served HOT, black and strong. My wife and I are going to explore the Western and Southern coasts of Saginaw Bay and hang out in Bay City, MI. today.    @Willowonce @Abigail Genevievepointed out the word usage in your post. I read it and laughed, enjoying the snarky tone of the comment. Since it was spelled correctly I thought maybe you meant for it to read just as you typed it. Then the kinder gentler me thought it would be better if I changed it. I’m not saying I corrected it, I just changed the severity of the sentence.    Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋
