Hello my name is Bryson. I recently lost the majority of my family when I came out as FtM, which has been already a difficult journey but with no support it’s been hard. I’m craving some support right now. I live in Las Vegas, I’m 19 years old, I’ve been on T for 3 days now. I just wanted to put myself out there and say hello, I hope to build some solid support in my life right now.

Hey Bryson, welcome to the forum!  I'm sorry to hear of your experience with family.  Even though we are an online community, we are here for you.  Please join in.  It seems our list of FtM members is growing every day so there will be lots of folks with differing experiences to share with.

Well, starting T is exciting!  I know this is a big step.   I wish you well.

Hey Bryson welcome to the forum !  I myself have received nothing but wonderful love and support here in much the way you are looking for it now ...  I have a really wonderful FTM friend and I am so proud of you starting your journey, I’ve often commented that testosterone is like a shout, I’m imagining you are going to very much enjoy being on T, Some days I wish estrogen were just as powerful but I’m glad it works  none the less. Knowing and understanding my FTM friend has opened my eyes to an entirely new world where I get to discover myself as well and I understand it may be difficult to lose family as I personally understand exactly what you mean, but you are entering a world where those here in this forum and the friends that you make in the near future will be just as precious to you and fulfill your need For communion and family, and I daresay in a much more loving way than many families typically present to their own loved ones. Again welcome to the forum, I’m glad you’re here!

 Hugs,

 Jackie

Well yesterday didn't work like I wanted to. I met a guy and started talking and he was wanting to be in a relationship. I asked my kids on how they thought of me dating a man and they said gross and said no. I guess it's time to look for women. I think that is going to be harder. Oh well I guess.

I don't have anything in my dress pocket

This topic reminds me of the lyrics to the Beatles song, "A Little Help From My Friends."   "What do you see when you turn out the lights?"   "I can't tell you but I know it's mine."   Carolyn Marie

@Ivy have you read the actual document?   Has anyone else out there read it?
    • Abigail Genevieve
I am reading the Project 2025 document https://www.project2025.org/policy/   This will take some time.  I read the forward and I want to read it again later.   I read some criticism of it outside here and I will be looking for it in the light of what has been posted here and there.  Some of the criticism is bosh.   @MaeBe have you read the actual document?

      *older, not holder, oops :P
    • Abigail Genevieve
      No problem!

Old topic, but I gotta say my favorites are: "Stop hitting on minors" (doesn't work if you're holder tho) and "Sure as [squid] not you"

Abigail, I think we will just leave the other posts where they are, and the discussion can start anew here.  It is possible to do what you ask, but would disrupt the flow of the discussion in the other thread, and would require more work than it's worth.   Carolyn Marie

I am in too good a mood to earn my certificate today. I am sure something will happen that will put me on the path to earning it.

It's likely most cis-women consider a fitting unnecessary "because they know what  they wear" and get used to the wrong size.  The instructions for what your size is are simple and why go to any further effort?  You measure your bandsize and you measure your max and subtract the two to get the needed info for the cup size.  Then you buy the same size for years until it hurts or something.

Congratulations Lorelei! Yes, it is a powerful feeling to have the documents that say "you are you".

Here is space for discussion on this, since the topic is large and could derail another thread SOMEBODY started.   Could some dear, sweet, kind Moderator pull everything related to this from the Voting for Trump thread and put it here?  I don't know if you can do that; I am the new girl on the block after all (blinks sweetly).
