i have only had positive experiences when i actually try to live "in the flow"

unfortunately most of us are control freaks (i know i can be)

something we have to work on, i guess.

i know i like my writing better when i do relax and let it happen instead of trying to think of something

it seems to me that 'going with the flow' is the opposite of social anxiety disorder

interesting...i kind of agree with you. when i'm less anxious, i'm more likely to be free in the moment...

you know, if we all just lived on instinct i bet we'd make less bad decisions....hmm..

There's a simple experiment that you can do with a friend/partner [or a complete stranger if you have the friendly nature gene...]

Why am I so drawn to Eastern philosophy...Perhaps it's in my genes/blood...Or perhaps it just makes more sense=my brain's wired that 'way' Tao...
