Hi all me again :D I understand that trans are arguably part of the LGTB because the others are sexuality and transexuality means wrong or other gender.

I know many of us at laura's will consider ourselves gay, bi, lesbian, but this topic's not a cry for help well it might be, I have just met a guy online, yes i know the dangers of that blah blah but he isn't one of those type of people, and neither am i, this gay, Mark, he's lovely! I LOVE HIM! He's the first real boy I have called a boyfriend.... to him >< my family aren't homophobics but just there's enough discomfort to wish to not say "mum, i'm gay".

My boyfriend (omg i love how that sounds hehehe  ) is fully accepting that I am a boy, and that I am disabled but he calls me Amy and treasts me exactly the way I want to, more even! I can't say if i'll see him in the futre but how do you know if you tried straight and you don't like it or that you just gave up (i just really gave up cause i felt attraction towards many girls when they accepted me :( BUT NOT WITH GUYS).

Bottom line, do you have any times where you are afraid to come out and say "I'm gay" or "I'm Bi"?

Well Sweetie,

Coming out in any form can be be terrifying. Being afraid is very natural (survival instinct). One is always afraid of being rejected, or hated, etc. when one comes out to people that they know.

Unless the person who is coming out really really knows the person that they are coming out to they maybe not afraid. Most people are afraid in most circumstances.

Additionally, remember you never really know who is on the other end of your internet connection. Please do be careful!!. If you do meet this person then please meet in a public place first!!

I am glad that you have found a boyfriend!!!

Love you

Brenda

I totally agree with Brenda. I'm happy for you Amy, but please be careful. Online dating safety tips apply.

1) Don't give him your last name or phone number. Both pieces of information can lead the guy straight to your home address if he runs them through the proper databases.

2) When meeting him for the first time meet in a public place, do not go home or to a private place with him.

3) When meeting him for the first time do not get in the car with him. Use your own transportation to get to and from the date.

4) Always tell someone where you are going and who you are going out with and setup a check in time for you to call them up

I hope for your happiness that the guy is what he says he is. :) but until you meet him be safe.

Oh I'm sorry there's a huge mix up, I am careful and I know people can be lying gits lol but he's totally understanding and IT IS NOT A PHYSICAL RELATIONSHIP, it's like roleplay / penpals but :) a little magic ^_^ I still like to say "boyfriend" cause he makes me feel so special :D

He agreed and appologised for not saying he's rarely on >< and yes i am mad at him but i understand :)

I think most people will agree that well you someone you need to see them in person :)

also (a lyric from a musician i don't know) "When you love someone you should let them free"
