Hello Dorothy,

Been there, done that. Any growth you might see will be very small or nonexistant. For most people, they just don't work. Also taking large quantities of herbs can be toxic to your system. The only safe and sane way to go is HRT prescribed by a doctor. Hope this helps.

Kia Ora Dorothy,

 Umm herbs...In the past I've 'smoked' some can't say it helped my breasts grow but I felt good ;) -some researchers say ganja can have a feminizing effect on the male brain...But I'm under the impression it was government propaganda a 'ploy' that might appeal to the trans/homophobia phobic general public you know "if you smoke that you will 'turn' queer!" crap :o ...Plus cows have big udders and they only eat grass...But on a more serious note do herbs work...I guess it really all depends on 'mind over matter' if you strongly BELIEVE they work then they will work but to what extent your guess is as good as mine...

I've been vegetarian for thirty odd years I eat alot of soy products soy has 'natural' estrogen..what effects has this had over all... Again I can't really say...But when I started HRT they worked wonders...I guess "whatever makes you feel good-works!" But what works for one may not work for another...Some times 'natural' products can be more DANGEROUS than synthetic ones!

My experience with hebal stuff, has resulted in an unfavorable opinion toward them. At best from what I've experienced is a bit of increased sensitivity from the nipples. At the worst I've experienced, low energy and depression from hormonal imballances, and I've tried quite a few over the years past.

It depends on what you're using them for. If you're using them as a nutritional supplement, that's fine. If you're using for the estrogen effect, You're wasting your time.

Don't waste your time,  money, health, spend it on real hormones. Me too,  me too,  been there done that; result zilch!

Some herbs help build a milk supply, if you are lactating.  Been there,  done that,  works great! Please pass the Mother's Milk tea.  BTW,  you have to adjust your real hormones to simulate a pregnancy,  herbs alone won't do it for you.  Hug.  JodyAnn
