I've been to these forums on a few occasions in the past, but just summed up the courage to make an account. I believe custom dictates this is the place to start.

I live with my parents and younger brother (who don't know)

I've known on the inside since I was little, but for some reason didn't actually know and think of myself as a girl until about 2 years ago (I'm 16)

I don't know much about myself because as I'm sure you know I never had the chance to figure all that out growing up.

My best friend is my kitty because she's furry and eats the nasty spiders.

Hi Kaylen,

Welcome to Laura's Playground.

When I was about your age, I decided to train our cat (I come from a fairly big family, seven in total) to roll over. It took about a month, but it worked. Of course the cat would only roll over in the kitchen (I used food treats as reward), and when it got hungry it would come into the kitchen and start rolling over on its own. I also once took it for a walk around the block, no leash, just me and Cat. Stayed with or near me the whole way. Smart cat, huh!

what's the filetype you're trying to upload? mine was a .jpg 97x90

Go to "My Controls" and click on Edit Avatar settings. You can import an avatar from a picture storage site such as Photobucket or you can upload one from your computer. You might have to do the 5 post minimum first. Not sure.

Your avatar must be no bigger than 90 pixels by 90 pixels in size. Uploaded avatars from your computer must be no larger than 20 KB.

The following file types are allowed: gif,jpg,jpeg,png
