Ok so i spent the last night and day with my bestest friend in the whole wide universe and i had SOOO much fun. we did some crazy stuff... some of it embarassing haha

but thats not the point of this post. THIS is about those wonderful moments in life that make you think "hey... you know what? I can do this!"

My best friends mother is a VERY direct person. no beating around the bush. if she thinks you have bad breath, she will tell you. if she thinks you need to wax your upper lip, she will tell you... VERY direct haha.

WELL, the night i stayed over, she said to me "You make a very pretty girl you know? Much prettyer than the other girl Lucy brings back here"

Lucy has one other friend (shes not a people person, much like myself) and the other girl i always thought was REALLY cute. like i even had a crush on her and everything. and Lucys brutally honest mother thought i looked better!

WOOT!! So what about you? share those moments that made you smile =P

I more than smiled personally. i cried alittle lol. but im very emotional XD

Well... as I was trying to get my daughter to go to bed tonight I was pretending to be sleeping. She was watching a movie and I felt her squirm over to my side of the bed and could feel her breath on my nose (SHe needed a tic tac)

I heard her whisper "There you go sweetheart, sleep good and nice dreams, you're so peaceful and sweet" and then she was gently rubbing my forehead and hair, kissed my nose and proceeded to continue to watch the rest of her movie and jump on me when it was over. That makes living worth it .
