Therapist List

Hi, I recently looked at the therapist and saw that it had been updated since I last looked at it. There was a therapist on there that went by the name of Virginia Erhardt or something, I can't remember how to spell it, but it shows up when I search Google for her. Anyway, I was looking at the list and her name was removed from the therapist list. I was just wondering if I shouldn't use her for a therapist if she was taken off the list. It is kind of confusing me because by her name it used to say highly recommended. Is there any particular reason why she may have been removed from the list, and should I not bother with her and just use another therapist from the list?

It's possible maybe she retired or moved. What state and city are you looking for therapists in?

That's odd. I would have expected that she is no longer in practice, thus her name removal, but her site seems to be current enough (2009). I have no idea.

I, however, am attempting to find a therapist in California, but the closest ones on the list are at least forty miles away (all in LA). Although, I suppose that's not too bad. I'll have to research them individually.

You could try calling her and asking if she knows any therapists in your area. I think calling often as well if not better than internet research for things like this.

Oh yes. You're right. Even after a month, I still forget that we're in 2010 sometimes. I also agree with Pól now.

Thanks for the suggestions . I guess I will call her or email her, whichever is faster, to see if she is still available or if there are any other therapists in my area that she would recommend.

the therapist you are talking about moved to washington state and practices there. she was in atlanta before. i believe she still helps TG folks thru skype, phone etc. I think i saw the info on her web site. good luck with your search.
