What Do You Fear?

honestly, i'm one of those young hot-headed people, so theres not much. :P

but my phobia... is being alone.

BIG ONE!

I think most of of us fear we are all alone sometimes - no one understands.

And physically alone - well solitude has it's pluses (for example - singing in the shower is opera quality, in your own ears - grin) But... being by yourself is over rated!

Well said my young hot-headed friend!

That's a very subjective term...."Alone"

Some people LOVE having time alone and desire the peace and solitude....

But, then again, it can be overwhelming when it is forced upon someone with no desire to be that way...

Oh my.....

And I am actually interested in Ladybugs

Me too - I just love a ladybug! So feminine, so pretty... so good to hold and look at. GOD's gift to us - those ladybugs!

Lizzy

Except there are those dang japanese beatles which look almost exactly like Ladybugs but have a really nasty bite!

You of course know about the person who can set you up in a perfect place of solitude?

People like this person and he wears a white hat.

The Alone Arranger?

Ok I had to think about this one for a bit but I think I have one. ;)

I do believe that my biggest fear would have to be having to go in for eye surgery.

See our family has a genetic eye disease that affects some of us, if it gets bad enough we need to have our cornias replaced in order to see again. From what some of my family told me about the surgery is that they have to keep you awake while preforming the surgery. The worst part about this is you get to watch them doing all the cutting and suturing on your eye. Personally I would not like to see anyone doing anything with my eyes, seeing someone pushing a needle into my eye would just freak me out. I'm so glad that this disease hasn't affected me and I hope that it never will.

We just had to mention eyes and needles didn't we? *shudder*

So let us examine the list.

Needles! (I spy a problem in my future)

Coming home one summer day to my friend, can of raid in hand, standing on the coffee table screaming of her dominance over spider kind (You should see what she did to the window(She just tried to do this and remembered she is scared of heights))

Spiders

Fish tank exploding again (I would sit in a corner and cry and rock back and forth)

Uneven amount of things on walls in a room (I have the BEST ocd ever!)

Um... I'm sure the list goes on but those are the best.

I fear most all little creatures like spiders, beeees, wasps, and spiders and things that

go lump in the night.

I fear the first 1 hour or so that I'm out dressed but after that 1st hour I calm down

just a bit.

I fear getting pulled over in my car when dressed, What is the cop going to say/do??????

And last of all but not least I fear that the Michigan Wolverine football team will never

get back to its old glory. :D:D:D:angry::angry::banghead::banghead:

Lots of hugs

I'm not afraid of heights. I'm afraid of falling from heights (so I try to avoid heights).

But mostly I am incredibly afraid of being buried alive.

I live in fear. I'm afraid that my transition will crash. this has happened before to me and I had a major break down and I wound up on the street. I can't live through another failure. I'm going slow. I have a good job with support from my boss still I have so much anxiety.

Rain here. I went to Asheville yesterday, and stayed later to visit some before going down the mountain.  Down here there were a lot of trees down in the northern part of the county.  The power had gone off at the house, but was back by the time I got home (21:00).  There was a thunderstorm during the night.

I used to get ma'am'ed during my 45 years of boy-mode and it drove me nuts.    Now that I have accepted girl-mode I find it quite pleasant.    Either way, being miss gendered is quite disturbing. I upon a rare occasion might get sir'ed by strangers and it's quite annoying.

Good morning Ash,    Welcome to TransPulseForums, I have a young neighbor who plays several brass instruments who lives behind my house. He is always practicing and I could listen to them for hours, well I guess I have listened to them for hours, and my favorite is when they play the low tones on the French Horn.    Best wishes,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

Good morning everyone,    I had my first cup of coffee this morning with my wife, my second was a 20oz travel mug on the way to the airport. Once clearing TSA, I bought another 20oz to pass the time at the boarding gate. I’m flying Indy to Baltimore, then driving to Wilmington, DE for my last teaching engagement at the DE State Fire School.    Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

In my opinion, the gender neutral version of sir or ma'am is the omission of such honorifics.   "Excuse me, sir" becomes simply, "Excuse me", or better yet, "Excuse me, please."   "Yes, ma'am" becomes "Yes", or depending on the context, "Yes, it would be my pleasure" or "Yes, that is correct."   Else, to replace it with a commonly known neutral term such as friend, or credentialed or action-role-oriented term depending on the situation such as teacher, doctor, driver, or server.   And learn names when you can. It's a little known fact that MOST people are bad with names. So if you've ever told someone, "I'm bad with names", you're simply affirming you're typical in that way. A name, just like any other factoid, requires effort to commit to memory. And there are strategies which help.

@KymmieL it’s as if our spouses are two sides of the same coin. We never know which side will land up. Loving or Disliking.    Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

almost 45 min later. Still in self pity mode. I cannot figure out my wife. I shared a loving post on Facebook to my wife. Today she posts, you are my prayer. Yet, last week she puts up a post diragitory towards trans people. Does she not relate to me being trans?   ???

Hi Vivelacors!!  Like everyone else said, it is never too late to be you. It does feel too late at times but we can still enjoy our femininity every day, moment by moment!!                                                  💗 Cynthia

Well we have the white rain, about 2 inches. Work is still terrible, with me making stupid little mistakes. Yet, to the boss it is the end of the world. Still on the hunt for another.   life just still sucks for me. I just wish I could be happy for a day. I'd even settle for a couple hours.   Kymmie
