Maaaaaybe... Clothes Shopping Tuesday

but I do not know what to get

I like capris

I like long tops that cover my waste

I really do need some clothes

but most of what I like doesn't like me

I have always had that problem

even shopping for guy clothes

the styles I like don't look good on me

and not knowing what I am looking for only adds to my anxiety

but I have a cisfemale friend who is willing to hold my hand

and I gotta got over my fears some time...

but part of me doesn't care about clothes (blasphomy! I know)

I WANT to be able to wear the same T-shirt and jeans I wear in guy mode

but still pass as a woman

that may be doable some day

but not soon enough for tuesday

just sharing

but advice is welcome

Sigh, I love my comfy tees and jeans too but tend to be taken as a guy more often when I wear them. My bean pole built and androgynous features just aren't strong enough for people to peg me as female on looks alone. Feminine colors and cuts help when I addd other gender cues like big hoops, a purse and lipstick. But I have to be realistic. If I don't want to be clocked, I have to stay with generally accepted female styles like Capris and scoop neck tops.
