Well, folks.....

Within minutes I start month 16 on HRT......

I got my prescription Feb 26, 2009 at 2:30 and by this time I was sitting in the K-Mart parking lot, having gotten my prescription filled, with a luke warm can of Diet Pepsi to wash down my first dose...

So, what have I gotten so far?

Well, I still have to shave.... although I spent a couple thousand on electrolysis so far...

Only got a pair of "A" cup boobies...although they hurt most of the time...

My skin is way softer...although I bruise and cut real easy now....

My butt is bigger...although my hips don't seem to of appreciably changed....

My face has feminized....although I can still look like a man if I scowl....

My Estrogen is sweet to the taste....although it makes me moody and cry a lot for no apparent reason....

I'm feminizing nicely....although I'm in a "No man's land " between male/female that makes people stare at me....

I love to hugg people now...although someone seems to of lifted my wallet.....

So, is it all worth it?

Hell yeah!

Is this all you get?

Are you serious Dee Jay?

You left out total acceptance by every friend that you have come out to.

And your sister has been awesome.

You had a man following you around a store trying to pick you up.

And let's not forget the Amish guys.

What do you want?

I'd take acceptance form just one person!

Sometimes we look in the mirror and we do not see the true beauty that is looking back at us.

OK, Dee Jay, I can read your "grrrooaannn" already, but you know someone has to say it:

Congrats - you are now SWEET 16!

I am, and always will be, exactly 12 months behind you, but I happen to enjoy walking in your shadow.

Only Dr. Miguelito Loveless (Michael Dunn) and the Mayor of Oz could walk in mine. :P

Womanhood is within reach, fair lady. Time to grab the brass ring.

Wow 16 months is a large milestone.

Lots of natal woman have small breasts. Don't worry if yours never get to c or d territory they are better then a flat chest. :)

Your face does look great though. I hope I pass that well in 16 months.

Congratulation Ms Dee Jay,

It only keeps getting better and better.

Enjoy those aching boobies,cause they

stop hurting soon enough but for once

in a while. You most likely will end up like

the majority of us ladies with a B.

I like my pretty little Bee's.They is mine all mine.(Grin)

Hugs Girlchild,

Angie

I didn't know at first what to say Dee Jay and hate seeing friends feel sad. But in consideration you seem total female to me. You are very beautiful on the inside and on the outside too. I don't believe the HRT is finished yet either.

Geez, Dee Jay. It takes a GG 3-4+ years to fully develop. I hope you don't think the process is going to speed up just for you. Patience, girl. Patience. Good things come to those who wait. What's your hurry????:rolleyes:<_<

Hon - yes - that age thing seems like a looming tidal wave ready to hit the beach - and your sand castles are all too fragile!

Me? I am at 63... my STBX wife AGAIN is syphoning away all my SRS savings although she promissed to 'set me free to be myself." My time schedule just hit the toilet - caaa-slossssssh - glurg glurg! Maybe I can get on Oprah as the oldest transwoman to ever have surgery!

And even if they don't hurt anymore that doesn't mean they are not still growing.

Mine do still hurt from time to time however even though I'm a C and it's been a year and a half.
