My Ffs Eval Came Back Today.....

Today I got my FFS assessment back from Dr. Suporn and it sounds like there isn't much he recommends doing in all honesty. My hairline seems to be the thing he points out the most and it was honestly my main concern. Other than that, he recommended doing some brow bossing work but he said he could easily take care of mine with minimal effort, and he said my chin could use a little minor tweaking to make it more pointed. He said I had very feminine features already and for everything he recommended he could do it for about 20k.

I really expected it to be a lot more and for way worse news than what he recommended and the way he worded the e mail it sounds as if he doesn't think any of it (other than maybe the hairline thing) that absolutely needs attention. I am sure I will have the hairline done but I'm not sure about the rest of it.

I suppose that is pretty good news to receive on my birthday.

Ashley, its great news, and it doesn't surprise me at all, and I doubt it will surprise many around here.

I've always said you pass beautifully, and are a beautiful woman. Maybe now you'll believe it?

Like Carolyn and everyone else has said many times over you you pass beautifully, you really do not need any FFS if you do not want to, that 20k can pay for your srs.

I do not plan on any other surgeries other than srs and maybe BA, at my age and health conditions the fewer times i am under anesthesia the better.

Honestly, I will probably only end up getting my hairline done. The rest, I may or may not get done later.

My hairline is a concern also Ash.

After seeing how much it changed one girlfriends look,

I want that done.Lower eyelid lift and scar removal have

priority though.And why as long as I have to keep waiting

until my throat is corrected and I can speak again,I will

let my 401k keep growing.It was up to 18k at last report.

If I can get it to 25k before cashing out and penalties,

I will be able to get that much more feminizing along

with my SRS,and still maybe have some for transplants.

I would absolutely Love to blow my sibs away with how

really pretty I could look.I pass easily now,to be(real girl)

A while back I sent my face pis to Dr. Spiegel and from my initial pics I sent him, he thought I needed just the following, which is listed below (and this was even before I started on HRT so I am hoping that HRT will help with my facial features and for some drastic changes.

Yup, just sent him some pics that he requested and he did the eval for me. He mentioned the lip lift thing but then said he would not recommend it in my case because he said my lips are very feminine already and he fears that the lip lift surgery would change my lips shape. I thought he would suggest rhinoplasty but he said my nose was completely feminine and proportioned to my face. In fact he said there should be nothing at all done to my mid face reason at all. My cheeks are fine, my jawline is fine and even the chin he suggested only a minor tweak.
