Really Tacky Love Poem

There is a great deal of ways for me to explain

exactly how I feel

but neither word nor phrase nor face to face

can explain the love that’s so surreal

from here to go and go to woe

and an enigmatic sigh

I always feel the heaviest blow

when the ones I love begin to cry

They say its alright they’ll be okay its just another bump

but they can’t tell what I feel for them inside

the pain the suffering the care the worry

that I try to hide

and those who care enough about me will ask me if its okay

they’ll tear my walls down to see my heart

rub my back when they’re down and out themselves

and just generally tear the heavens apart.

So to all of you who I can say I love

and hold that sentiment true

I send an ode, one of love and faith

and I send that ode to you.
