Due to recent stress (see other posts), I have began shooting up again along with snorting some pills. I just can deal with this sober anymore I don’t think and, despite this site, I don’t think anyone cares. I just want to fade away or die.

I agree with Dee Jay. Please Please Please don't start down this road again. Whatever it takes fight it off. I know drugs might help you get through the day but it won't help you truly. We are here for you if needed. Please seek out some help and kick this in the booty for the last time and stay clean with us here on the site. We are all here for you and really care about you. I don't want to see you hurt yourself.

Death is permanent. Not a good idea to suicide.

So don't suicide - you are killing that girl in you and she is innocent!

Penumbra, I know where you are coming from. Sometimes it gets so hard you don't think you can make it. I can't tell you how many times I have almost started getting high again. I don't have anyone in my life either, with one exception. My wife. She has been my rock for so long. She kept me on the straight path, and stood by me when I diverted. If you have even one person; a friend, a colleague, a distant relative, or just anyone willing to listen whether you know them or not, please go talk to them. It can help more than you may think. Someone that I knew killed herself last week. She was addicted to heroin. Inspite of all of our efforts to help her, she would not attempt to help herself. In the end, she died feeling hopeless and not able to kick her habit. Sadly, she did not understand that help was right there in front of her if she would just reach out and touch that help.

Think of yourself 10 20 years from now and what is really possible for you. All of your goals and dreams can be realized if you allow them to be real.

Killing yourself will only confirm that your life had no hope. There is hope. Coninue to live and see how wonderful life can be.

I am so sorry to hear that you are using again

I know it is hard to quit , but you have to.

I had many bad habits in the past too , but then one day I found something I cared about more than all of them put together.

I started transition, and gave them all up.

All you need to do is find something to replace your desire for doing drugs.

Maybe truly becoming a woman will work for you too, think about it.

As for no one caring, I care , and can't you see all the love others here have for you too.

Death is not romantic and please read a book called Reviving Ophelia about young girls like Ophelia in Shakespeare's Hamlet and it gives so much info about how to return to normalcy after the hell of young adulthood,,,remember Ophelia killed herself because she thought Hamlet rejected her love and it was a temporary miscommunication.....So read it and try one more time,,,,,,PLEASE!!!!
