A Kiss

Oh my, Thank God my job allows the flexibility to work from home on occasion. All weekend I thought about working from home today. I woke up and helped my wife get my daughter ready for school. In a rush my wife didn't have time for makeup just yet so she threw on some sunglasses and took my daughter to school. I shaved and cleaned my face after she left. I'd already shaved my legs, chest and arms last night. I needed to start getting some work done today so I went ahead and started putting on my makeup before my wife got back. Now important to note, my wife has seen pictures of me dressed and in full makeup, etc, but had only seen me with a little eye-makeup on up to this point and she isn't at home on days I dress and work from home. She has been so awesome and really supportive and buys me things all the time. She came back home to finish getting ready to leave for work. She came in the bathroom and saw me getting my makeup on at my sink and talked to me like normal. I was nervous inside of how she would react. She went to her sink and started putting on her makeup. It felt great to get my face on with her in the room. We talked about regular stuff as we both got ready. After getting my makeup finished I helped her get a few things ready to go. I was already wearing my silk nightshirt and pantyhose that I slept in, but I didn't put on my wig and breasts or get dressed for the day while she was here. She finished her makeup and collected up her things and then she came over and kissed me on the lips on her way out. It was a delicate kiss as not to mess up each others makeup or lipstick. It felt so great! It's that feeling of being accepted that we all long for. Being kissed while wearing full makeup from the one you love. It feels like such an amazing day to me! I had to share!

I would have been so nervous. I am happy it turned out the way it did and your wife is so understanding. You are very lucky to have such a wonderful wife. I hope you can be even more open with her now and take it a little further with her there. Maybe you can show her everything since she seems ok with what you are doing. I still would be cautious and maybe ask if she would like to see you completely dressed up. Good Luck

Rare momnts are to be treasured - and this was certainly one of those!

We suffer so much - it is good when it turns around- even for a brief moment.

Thank you for sharing.

Saturday and Sunday we went shopping. My wife found some Simply Vera tights on sale and I picked up a pair of wine colored style with a pattern. I thought something in an olive green color would look really nice with this and she said we can look tomorrow. So, Yesterday she helped my find a lacy army/olive green dress from Target. Today I worked from home to try out my new purchases. Added a black scarf and black belt to dress it up a little. :) Before she left for work I was fully dressed today -- the first time she had seen me complete in makeup, wig, breasts, etc. When she saw me she smiled and said I don't understand you. I smiled and said it makes me feel good. I love feeling feminine. Before she left, she kissed me on the lips carefully and said I love you. I am so happy she is understanding. I have tried not to rush her to this point where she would see me fully dressed knowing that she needed time to adjust. I think that helped a lot. She sometimes feels uncertain still because I tend to dress more high-fashion and she doesn't dress that way. I always reassure her that I love her for who she is and that she doesn't need to be high-fashion just because I dress that way. I have to try and do more as I can to show her that I love her and am thankful she is supportive. I love to give her backrubs, but if there are other things/ideas I'd love to hear them.

I'm not sure that's quite true.  If it was done by private entities?  Like most landfills here are privately owned, as are power plants.  I can't see a reason they couldn't be combined.    Right now, garbage companies in my area harvest the methane produced by the landfill to run their trucks.  The put all sorts of pipes in among the layers of the landfill to collect it.  Compressed natural gas (CNG) can be used with only minor modifications to existing engines, and many truck stops are adding CNG pumps as some fleets transition to it.    A fuel's usefulness is often measured in BTU's per gallon.  CNG has approximately the same BTUs as diesel or gasoline (138,000 or so.)  Pure ethanol and E85 have much less - like 76,000 BTUs.

Well, after a week on HRT, as many would probably have predicted, I've noticed exactly zero mental or physical changes. Patience appears to be the key here as hard as that will be after finally getting my transition moving. Guess I just need to sit back and enjoy the ride. Hope that my first blood tests after two months will show hormone levels moved acceptively.

A therapist appt is a great place to dress femme, If you want to!   It also sounds like a great safe venue to speak softer and more feminine, if that’s where you want to go.     Not sure the rules now.  But if you’re seeking HRT you might have to show them something to convince the money system that your case is medically necessary.  Obvious feminine clothes and mannerisms displayed by a human assigned male at birth (perhaps this is you?)  could be check marks towards them pushing your case through.     Please be whatever brings you love for who you are.   I have pursued this all the way through obstacles, mistakes, humiliation, and pain. And I  am so so so grateful  Hugs 😊 🌈🌈

Puzzled.  My United Healthcare Medical Advantage DOES cover gender affirming surgeries.  The HARD part is finding a surgeon that's in-network.  If the surgeon is out of network, the coverage is 40%/60% (they pay 60%).    Sadly, the surgeon I'd like to have, Dr Russell Sassani, in south Florida, is out-of-network and requires full payment prior to surgery.  I'm certain that there have been insurance issues for him and others, in the past.  Most GOOD surgeons for trans surgeries don't submit insurance, though they WILL help you with the codes, etc.  Actually, he does accept some regular insurance and original Medicare.     Anyway, I hope you were able to get your surgery or at least closer to being able to do so.

Welcome Madelyn, glad you are here and best wishes on your journey!!   I started HRT about two months ago... Had my initial appointment in December... Other than a bra underneath my clothes, I likely didn't look feminine at all ... I was nervous as heck but the doc put me at ease...   Just be yourself... do what feels comfortable for you ... The pace is up to you... Remember, you are one of a kind and have inestimable worth...    EasyE

I have been creating a space to be expressive. It's def not completed yet, I have loads of ideas still. Thinking about re-painting, maybe a light pastel purple or light pink, with a satin gloss. Honestly I'm hung on which would look best. Leave a comment if you think it would look better pink or purple. This area is a combination Man-Cave / She Shack. This is my sacred space, I think it's coming out well so far. I love this room, it inspires my creativity. Tho, I think there's not much man left in the cave lol.

Then there is how FDR is revered, and the ridiculous reluctance of the left to ever say anything negative about Biden.  It destroys their credibility.  Obsessed with Trump, they ignore how much worse Biden is.

The title of this thread is highly offensive.

Oh…. Now I get what the transgender agenda is.  I missed it.   I just didn't realize he was running again.   Silly me.   I'm going to quit now.  I've already been an ass
