Laser Hair Removal Updates

Well I had another laser hair removal session last Friday on my face and yes even started on my legs ~yay!!!~ The whole session took about an hour and a half and for everything it cost like $400. The legs were not bad at all but my face, especially in the upper lip area hurt A LOT (even with EMLA cream) there is some dis-colorization right now in that area but it is not that bad right now, just really sensitive right now so hopefully next time it will be easier and not quite so painful

Yes, it does get easier as the hair becomes less dense after each session. My upper lip is also the most sensitive, but I have a high pain tolerance and don't twitch much. I usually ask them to use the highest setting. As they say, "no pain, no gain."

Normally on anywhere else on the Face I am fine but that area of my upper lip is just WAY TOO sensitive and I always twitch when I get the work done there The place I am going uses a ALMA laser which is one of the newest and most effective lasers out there currently. I am pretty sure it is on his highest setting but the next time I am there I will ask just to be sure? Yes I know 'no pain, no gain' is what is necessary for the results that I am wanting and I know that it will be SSSOOO worth it in the end!

It is great to hear that you are making progress forward

Laser is great, as long as your hair isn't a really light color, and yep you got it lol under the lip is the most sensitive place on the face. You can ask your operator to turn down the power a little when they do there.

Sounds as if you're progressing nicely...

I do electrolysis and under the nose HURTS!

I have tears run down to my ears when that part gets done...

But, it's all in the name of beauty...right?
