It's starting to feel like Christmas since I told my wife all bets were off and I need some space. No more hiding!

The orders just keep coming in; loafers for casual wear, low heels for comfort, new panties, new silver studs set of five with different stones and today tights with a floral design up the side. Yesterday I bought a silver tone concho belt I've always wanted. Gosh darned it feels good!

Wendae, you are a true patriot. By making all those purchases, you are doing your part to boost the economy, put people back to work,

and improve people's living standards. I'm proud of you, hon. :D

Now, all we need are some pics of those lovely shoes and garments, so we can also congratulate you on your sense of personal style. :)

Keep it up, girl. You are a one-woman economic stimulus package.

I am so glad to hear that Wendae. You are so very, very lucky. I wish I could tell that to my parents. My mom doesn't care what I buy but...I don't know. I wish I could keep my clothes out at least. Are you able to do that, use your closet/drawers etc?

Yesterday my Avon order came in. Eye shadow, a gel eye liner and 3 ankle bracelets. Needed some more clothes to round out my wardrobe so I ordered 2 blouses, a skirt, slacks and a cami. Picturesd will follow when I get a chance. It's so nice not to be hiding anymore.

No more hiding clothes in the attic.

That sounds very familiar to me, I'm always hiding clothes and worrying that someone might find them. Waiting for moments like right now to just wear whatever I want. It must be great to just have al your clothes hanging in the closet, all tidy and ready to be worn whenever you need them. And all that extra storage capacity is really allowing you to get all the things you like.

I'm so happy for you ^_^

hugs,

Sabrina

[/Sabrina I know the feeling well, the stress of hiding and not able to access your clothes when you want, etc. Bummer! I'm so glad I finially said "enough"and came to an understanding. Agreeing to see a therapist helped my situation more then I can express. It paved the way for me in many ways.

Hiding your clothes. Well I find that living alone these days does have some advantages.

I don't hide my clothes, in fact often I have my Molded Bras hanging off the laundry door-handle waiting to be hand-

washed, my nighties and sleep bra are just toss on the bed. In other words sometimes I an just plainly untidy.

New items are often left on the bed, waiting too be, tried-on and shop-tags removed then I have to find a home for them.

Although if I know that visitors are coming I do a very quick tidy-up.

Patricia

Wife is out and I'll wait for her to come home as Wendae. Hoping for more acceptance. I'm gonna add some new photos. My wife bought me a cuff bracelet, silver and brass by RLM Studios for Christmas. My Avon order arrived with more nail polish and lipstick. I ordered a Playtex latex girdle (50-60's)from Ebay which I am wearing now. They really hold you in all over! Pictures have my new slacks, skirt, top and cuff as soon as I get them loaded.More clothes are still awaiting me to model them ;)

I stayed dressed for 5 hours after she came home and even prepared supper. She said today that she got peed when I suggested going out to get the mail out of the mailbox and suggesting pushing her in her in her wheel chair while femmed up. She had no problem with me still being dressed when she came home. Another step in the right direction. So best let things develope on their own with small nudges!

Hi Wendae,

Hopefully slow and steady will win this race. But it isn't really a race, is it, it's a desire to show that love can take many forms. And if we open our minds, maybe it will help keep our hearts open.

Hugs

It's looking good. Just be honest with her and let her know how far you want to go. Apparently, if I read your earlier posts correctly, the opportunity of expression of your feminine side is where you want to go, and you are not seeking out transgender paths. Anyway - its so good to be yourself and have acceptance.

Gosh, missed Monday again.   Did you know that Producer Keith Oslen was distraught because the duo his recorded Buckingham-Nicks first album went nowhere? In walked Mick Fleetwood also distraught because once again Flleetwood Mac lost a guitarist in Bob Welsh and he was at least going studio shopping and came to Sound City in LA because he'd heard the drum sound they got there was incredible. He asked Oslen to play something recorded there. Olsen played some of Buckingham-Nicks and Fleetwood loved the sound of the guitarist and wanted Buckingham. Olsen said he comes with Nicks because Olsen managed both. Fleetwood didn't want Nicks but eventually the remaining Mac members said okay and next thing you know - the Fleetwood Mac that scored a huge following was born. Sadly right after the "Fleetwood Mac" album and before "rumours" was recorded, the band got huge headed and got rid of Oslen so they didn't have to play him a lot of music they wanted to keep. Olsen did ok after by recording Ozzy Osbourne, the Grateful Dead, Whitesnake, Pat Benatar, Heart, Santana, Saga, Foreigner, Scorpions, Journey, The Babys, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Joe Walsh, 38 Special, and Eric Burdon & the Animals, among others. BTW - Olsen was also a members in 1967 of a band called Music Machine (not the James Taylor one) that scored a huge hit with the song "Talk Talk"

Still on contentment high from Sunday.
    • Heather Shay
CONTENTMENT The relentless pursuit of happiness often overshadows the more subtle yet profound emotional state of contentment. While happiness may be a fleeting high, contentment is the gentle hum of satisfaction that resonates through the soul, offering a sustainable path to life satisfaction. Oscar Wilde's poignant observation encapsulates this truth: "True contentment is not having everything, but in being satisfied with everything you have."

I've been looking forward to the legitimate medical groups coming out strongly against Cass' biased and one sided report, so I'm really glad to see the article you posted, @Davie.  Unfortunately, it won't get nearly the coverage that Cass has gotten.  She has done her dirty work.  Hopefully the pushback and investigative reports on her and her support network will result in her work being shown for what it is.  She is a fraud, and sooner or later all frauds are found out.   Carolyn Marie

CONGRATULATIONS, Jessica!!  That's really BIG! I myself did not experience a huge emotional roller coaster.  It was more like a smooth slide into emotional comfort.  The biggest effect I felt is when my Dr put me on T-blockers first.  I felt a bit 'empty' for a couple of months, but then realized it was just because the 'T-monster' was no longer running around inside of me.  Then I felt it was my new 'normal'. I feel like the estradiol was the 'frosting' on my transition affirmation.  It's been only positives.  I do cry a lot more, but it's only because I finally feel free to allow my emotions to come out.  To me it's not 'hormonal' ... it's FREEDOM!   Everybody is different but it sounds like you are under great care.  I hope you have a beautiful first year in transition on HRT (keep us updated if you can).
