Lol it isn't your virus program saying it is outside your "safe-zone"... it is saying flickers automatic filtering is outside of the "safe-zone" of the flicker standard setting of content (because the picture is rated moderate).

Okay, well I only used flicker to show a limited amount of people, but alright, I attached my photo to this post.
