Hi my birth name is Alexis. This is my story.

For a long time I've felt awkward and weird in my own body. For the longest time I couldn't put my finger on it. I had always had thoughts about what it would be like to be the opposite sex because I had always felt that I am the opposite gender. I personally felt that I was not raised to think this way and my parents would be angry at me so I went on with what I had been given in life, but I never could be happy with it. I have never been able to have a boyfriend because they treated in way I didn't like though it was perfectly normal.

I mean they treated me like a GIRL.

In my head I kept saying I may not have the same body type as you but I do have the same mind as you so every time they talked to me it was like a punch in the confidence. The only way I can be with a girl is to establish myself as the male in the relationship. After all this I still felt weird. I'm 16 turning 17 in less than a month and I've felt this way for as long as I remember. For a long time I had not none what transgenderism was but a couple of years ago I found out. I felt like that was me but never told anyone, and almost a year ago I found another FtM in my area who's only 2 years older than me and who got on T back in March. I recently started talking to Drake and he inspired me to start easing my way out of hiding. I want to get on T as soon as I turn 18 or come out to my parents. I will go by Kaiden instead of Alexis.
