You may want to read through the forum and see what we talk about. The answer is yes and no, there is a lot of development of curves, as you write, from the hormone treatments. There are also a few surgical methods, but almost all are just standard breast augmentation, very much as a natal woman sometimes asks for. I think you will see how hard it would be to answer your question?

There is a technique whereby they liposuction the fat from your middle (tummy, love handles etc) and reinject it into your hips, buttocs and breasts. I believe its called liposcupting. They use it to give women better curves, I don't see why it can't be used for transforming the male body into something resembling a natal womans shape.
