I know someone that started at age 21 and after about 4 years or so (and being post-SRS) she eventually reached a D cup. But she is a very rare exception. She was androgynous to begin with (intersex?) and had good genes. She's the only person I've heard of that reached that size naturally.

This reminds me of a silly joke that some how has stayed with me.

What is the definition of a zebra? The largest size you can get.

Well, I just feel that asking a question on bra size is like asking a young person how big her/his feet will be when they are an adult. The answer is of course, your mileage may vary. I can only offer what is happening to me? I am about 31 months on HRT and am larger than my mother was. You might ask how I know? I would lock myself in the bathroom and try on her clothes. I remember her size 36B. I buy 38C and use extensions on the back because I cannot find 40C bras that fit.

But some people don't know this? You may be a C cup but if your band size is large, it makes you a B cup.

Y'know I actually cringe every time I see one of these topics. If my sister and mom are my best gauges of what to expect, I get to look forward to looking like a curvy piece of celery with a couple large cherry tomatoes tacked on. Yeah, ridiculous image, that's the point!

My sis is 36DD and my mom, well lets just say she has hers custom made. I really don't want breasts that big!

Yikes! Rather hoping my mileage doesn't vary that much.

Ohh well, I'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully not for too long though.

Well I am 8 inches larger across than under. They are still filling in now, after getting pretty good projection early on. But I had good results. I pretty much fill my bras, just lucky I guess. I calculate another 4 years to go.
