Laser Treatments Less Frequent?

Laser treatments

I have had five laser treatment so far, and they have been spaced out every six weeks. After the fifth treatment of laser on my face I was told I only need to get it done every eight weeks. I asked could  I haven't done in six weeks and she said sure.

Question doesn't really matter if I haven't every six weeks or eight weeks at this point? Is it more effective if I have every six weeks or am I just taking care of areas that were the first time in growth cycles?

What did others have done for spacing of appointments after 5 laser treatment sessions to the face?

I usually go with the timing that the practitioners suggest as they have been working with this a lot - I would go the eight weeks.

For me, it was 4 weeks apart now 5 weeks apart and soon 6 weeks apart. The key is to catch as many hairs in the growth cycle as possible. If your hairs aren't growing, the laser session will be ineffective. My laser place has always told me that if I don't have enough hair growing, to call and push the appointment out a week. Conversely, if I have a lot growing to call and have then move the appointment up.

For me it has been six weeks between major clearings and 3 weeks in between for touch up clearings. I have been sticking with that so far, and it seems to be working but long term is when I will be able to really tell I think? I have my 3rd major clearing tomorrow morning. But for me it was major, +3 weeks, minor, +3 weeks major, etc...

And it does bring the ouchy!

I called the lady doing my laser back and talked about it since it has been 5 treatments have been done. She said that 6 weeks now is good and 8 weeks is good but would better. Both were good though. I went for 8 weeks. Besides it will actually be nice to have a bigger break. I'm dreading having long car rides every single week for electrolysis though. It all gets tiring but it's what required. I just wish it would miraculously all just clear up overnight.

my specialist had me space them 6 weeks apart, that seems to be the best timing, 8 weeks is also okay. I've had 6 laser treatments so far, always 6 weeks apart. I'm basically in maintenance phase now, so i have very few hairs left over, and I can apparently come in whenever i want to clean them up since there doesn't seem to be as much fuss about the cycle growth at that point.
