Hey all,

I don't think I'm the only girl who hates the darker shadow that remains after LHR. Any ideas on getting that out? One idea I heard was tweezing the suckers, any more?

How long after a treatment can you pull the hairs out...How soon do they release?

That is by far the worst part of LHR. I haven't found a way to get rid of it until it grows out after a couple days. I just have to use a little concealer on it.

I was wondering what LHR was in your subject line abbreviation. laser Hair Removal got it.

It normal for the darker shadow and yes it sucks with the hair just sitting their on the surface. You have to wait about ten days for it to completely clear. All it is is the hair slowly coming to the surface exfoliating. It's no longer growing as it's dead so it won't come to the surface like normal stubble that you could take a electric razor to it. after a week try a normal razor blade and see if that picks it up also try a little bit of exfoliating lotion The results however from laser are great and a great addition to the electrolysis to follow for hairs not affected by laser, eg lighter hairs, white hairs etc etc. I haven't done electrolysis yet but have had 5 laser treatments. My latest clearing exfoliating seemed to take a little longer though but now hurray!!!' smooth again.

Krisina,

Yeah, I was done with my 9th session with almost no hair left until the post LHR shadow showed its ugly face. For me it felt as thought the shadow remained longer post session, but that could be my impatience too.

good luck on more sessions and I will probably see you in the electrolysis room (well, lets hope we both get more hair blasted than they expect.). :)
