hello all i got my blood work back everything was fine except my testasterone was little high.I wasnt happy to hear.My last test was ok does this kind of thing happen?Its been about a year since i started taking estrodial.I just started spiro and he double my dose of e.I honestly had a feeling that something was up.Since i had my dose upped my chest hurts and im also having other signs too that i was having before.I wish i would have called the doctor when i was having doubts before :(

Estradiol does not usually lower testoterone, the spiro does that. So if you just started spiro and this test showed your T being higher than the doc wanted then raisng your dose would be expected.

By "my chest hurts" do you mean your breasts are tender and sore? Then that too is expected. But if you are unsure or concerned then call your doctor and ask him about it.

Please don't up the dose of spiro. Serum T can fluctuate very much. It also depends on which time of the day they draw blood. Blood does say something, but it is far from a complete mirror of what is going on. Free T isn't that bad, as long as it doesn't bind to receptors it's fine.
