All these things are soo clear today. Make me wonder if i was too naive to see... maybe not smart enough to figure it out, lol. Well, i grew up in a town of a population of 800 in the 80's and 90's.

I was locking it up subconsiously for sooo long, because i didnt know what it was and why i feel like that. Oh and than there was the "standards" of society. Get your act together and act like a man is suppose to act. Pffffttttt

Done with that.

I dunno if this is exclusive to me, but

You grow your hair long and smile when your brothers say you look like a girl.

You got you ears pierced when all the guys were doing it so you could maybe one day wear those beautiful earrings.

I knew I was transgender when EVERY transgender m2f over the years assumed I was also m2f transgender even when I met them as a boy -- and this is when I didn't fully realize I was transgender. They spotted that in me immediately, which at the time I found interesting but no light bulb went off in my brain for some reason. I would say, "No I'm a gay boy, not transgender," and they would look at me with a twinkle in their eyes as if to say, "Just wait and we'll see you as a girl in a few years despite what you think now." lol

I would only dress as a woman for Halloween with my gay friends as a novelty and the reception was amazing! I was automatically accepted as a girl by friends who already knew me as a boy, and straight men would oggle me. I would get annoyed because later friends and acquaintances would always ask me, "When are you dressing up again?" People recognized that it was the correct incarnation for me. I would even use the ladies' restroom in fancy restaurants without so much as a second glance from other women, except the time I pee-ed standing up in the stall and the whole restroom cleared.

Even female2male transgender men would sense the female part of me. I was surprised by the attraction I had from F2M trangender men who also sensed I was a girl on the inside. I would be dressed as a boy, but female to male trangender men would be very attracted to me due to my female vibe. Amazing the spectrum of sexuality this world has, and what attracts one person to another.

I guess another real test is the men I date as a transgender m2f. There's never been any question to them that I'm a girl, even though I am labeled as a CD at the moment. I started spiro and am tiptoe-ing down that path now, and it's an exciting time.

So for me, it wasn't necessarily the inner voice that clued me into what I am, but rather sooo many people identifying it from the outside that made me eventually aware of it. I envy young transgender girls who knew early, and look back at lost opportunities in the past if I had awaken earlier, but I guess that's life, and I should try to be happy with recognizing my transgender identity now rather then never.

Just found out that my sister has been calling me Auntie (boyname) for years, long before I outed myself to her. (I outed to her on Saturday)

In high school, I would buy the guy clothes that came closest to letting me emulate girl fashions without actually wearing girl clothes. Unfortunately, my (male) best friend seemed to think it was an actual style and started wearing the same stuff. He's since moved on to wearing manly stuff, but I feel so bad for 'tricking' him like that.

I should have known when I dressed up for Halloween in a dress and wig and got best costume award (I passed well, apparently).

I should have known when I posed as female online in the early days of the net and never got clocked, even by real females (who I met in real life afterwards, so yeah, they were real girls), even when roleplaying naughty stuff.

I should have known when I found myself extremely interested in transgender fiction, evensomuch as to write some myself. (I just finally allowed myself to pick up Kashimashi: Girl Meets Girl, a fantastic super adorable trans anime that I have come close to buying sooo many times, but was afraid what my wife would think).

I should have known when my best (male) friend as a child wanted to play transformers and I turned it into 'Transformers Babies' which was basically an excuse to play house.

I should have known I was a transgirl when recess came I was happier spending time with the girls on the monkey bars instead of playing sports with the boys.

a few of my tells are/were

1: spending everynight for about 3 years praying God would change my body.

2: never using a urinal or standing for that matter... last time i did that i was 6 i think... its hard to remember

3: telling people online i was female, and also trying to mask my voice so theyed believe it on there.

4: picking girlfriends based on how much about them i was jealous of.

5: finding out for the first time what transgender means via tv... and remembering wanting to tell my nan who was watching the show that i used to dream of that... i never did but i remeber quite well that day.

6: having both my mom and my dad comment on how emotionally feminine i am... (about how sensitive i was and how thats a girly trait.) after i came out they started saying the opposite... lol.

7: having people comment on how i would walk, stand, and talk.... even to the point where a friend said until she was introduced to me she had thought i was a Butch girl ( sorry for the poor term.) because these two factors.

8: dreaming about becoming female since i was quite little. and not knowing such a thing as trans people existed. in alot of my dreams i ended up red headed heehee.

9: making sandwiches or other people when they told me to. LoL : p. (just joking. although i always do lol)

and, lastly... making a promise to myself not to have a physically intimate relationship. the original age i gave myself was 25. then it became i dont ever want to... then it became i want to... but i never want to use what i have down there: (

those were just the few i coukd think of off thr top of my head..

When you ask your friend to make you jars filled with glitter for your birthday,

When you cross your legs so your shadow looks like it's wearing a dress

When your feet get cold (y u no read my post)

When you dream about playing professional tennis and realise you were playing Women's Singles

Don't even get me started on sports lol. I should have known when I couldn't figure out why those silly boys would want to get so sweaty and hit each other among other things. Didn't stop me from admiring though.

That's great @MaeBe hopefully the company will offer your wife a moving package with the new job position. That's how I was transferred from the St. Louis Metro area to the Indianapolis Metro area. The company covered all the moving expenses, as well as a three week stay in an extended living hotel while we chose an area to build our current home.   Good Luck and make it a happy adventure.   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

@Birdie is the day care in charge of your MyChart, Hospital, and Doctors as to how you are cared for? There has to be some way to prove that you were born intersex and have a choice on your chosen pronouns. I wish we could do more for you. Keep pushing forward.   Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

The Republicans are not interested in compromising.  Johnson will be gone for compromising unless the Dems help him out.

Biden campaigned as the master negotiator, able to push legislation through Congress.   Whatever bill a Dem president, a Dem Senate, and a Rep House can agree on might be  more palatable than a bill with a R president, R Senate and R House given present attitudes. They are throwing away a chance.

A bill like this would never get through congress, even if it were allowed to be voted on.

Ha, that's funny - I swear this is the one I used to use in high school to get around school blockers and play games. 😅🤦‍♀️   Though I'd be wary of using a free VPN today, if your only intent is bypassing censorship, I guess it works. Proton VPN also has a free tier with a limited selection of countries/servers. I feel more comfortable recommending them as they actively try to fight censorship with new evolving VPN protocols, and they protect your privacy. They are also directly funded by their paying customers. So there is really no downside to using their free tier over another free VPN that may not have the same goals/values.

That sounds pretty accurate. I'm just glad I don't use Windows anymore, as I basically consider Windows itself a virus/malware. Backups can absolutely save you from some types of malware like ransomware. However it's ideal to just not get infected by having smart browsing habits. It's been said, and very accurately so, that the best antivirus is you - even the best antivirus isn't 100% accurate in detecting bad stuff, if you go out looking for that stuff or browse carelessly.   I guess if you don't care and/or don't have sensitive data on your PC, then that's fine I suppose. I personally care a lot - personal accounts, private messages, and even my very presence on this site aren't necessarily things I want to be public knowledge. 🤓🫠

Yes he is. Sorry it has taken so long. One sick kid and the other has needed my attention more than usually.
    • MaeBe
Sure is! Is he good with the kiddos?

Once again the Biden admin ignores Congress and issues a regulation that can be quickly changed. It would be much wiser if they worked a bill through Congress that became law.
    • Ashley0616
I think that is the camera on the floor. Of course the kids aren't picking up after themselves oh well. He sure is big for only being 6 months old.

Love the look! "What are you doing with that shiny thing!?"
